I have been using the ETX Capital…
I have been using the ETX Capital browser platform to spread bet. It is well featured with an easy learning curve. Online tutorials are a great benefit along with an early morning email that highlights the coming days trading.
I would recommend it highly.

I enjoy using and working with ETX
I enjoy using and working with ETX, the orders are expedited quickly & Easily which is all I want really. Explanations and training on how to better manage my account are helpful although the times I have tried to attend the 4-course training session is very limited to me due to family commitments. But I will keep trying to attend all four sessions.

Had an account with them for a while…
Had an account with them for a while and didn't place any trades. Then they suddenly withdrew money from my balance for having a inactive account without giving me any for of warning. Very unethical way of doing business, not impressed.

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with our dormancy process. We do send all clients an email notification two weeks before they are charged any dormancy fee. I have checked your account and we did send this email notification to you on 22nd July, as you mention you have not received this email it may have landed in your junk folder, could we kindly request that you add Customer.Service@ETXCapital.com to your email white-list to ensure that you receive emails from us going forward.
