I purchased a shower door in late 2024. Due to health issues I was not able.to get the project done in a timely manor. I went to put the door on and the wheels that hold the door on were broken. I contacted customer support and they said I need to spend $30 to get the part. Its a smaller roller wheels that came broken from the factory. I literally had them out of the package for 30 mins before putting them on. Way to back your products and have great customer service. Think that a company that sells shower doors and other fixtures for $500+ can part with a part that probably cost them a few bucks to make.

They shipped us the wrong shower walls and refuse to answer our calls! I have placed 5 calls and left messages, no one is returning my calls!

Ove Saga toilets breaks down too easily because of intricate electrical parts. Customer service is not good. They generally say you have to buy a $500 part because it's an electrical problem when it may not be. I'm still waiting over a week for a reply from my email problem of the bidet continuing to flow. Having said all that, when the toilet's working, it's very good.

We bought an Ove Irenne model smart toilet in early 2020 (way out of warranty now) and it has been very reliable until a month or so ago. We had a problem with the remote not pairing with the unit (although it was still usable as a toilet) and called Ove customer service. I have rarely experienced the level of assistance from a company like I had with Jonathan at Ove. First, he knew the product inside and out and helped troubleshoot the problem correctly. Second, he priced the parts needed reasonably. Third then the parts just showed up a few days later at(including some recent extra updated parts). Besides being a great product and design, there are always going to be some issues that come up some day and need to be fixed. Ove seems to have the rare attitude that standing behind their product above and beyond expectations builds a great business. Thanks!
