Superservice from Overdrive. We picked up the car from Catania Airport (transfer from terminal to car park included). Car was exactly what was promised, no surprises.
Support from Rosanna (via whatsapp) was amazing, she supported us at both ends of our trip on Sicily, at both pickup and dropoff.
Definitely one to use again when in Sicily!!

Easy online paperwork prior to pick up from airport. Good communication. Arranged for drop off at Head Office but was actually contacted that car could be collected from Hotel; exceptional service. Hired the Mustang GT500; definitely an American thoroughbred.

Terrific service. Effortless from booking to e-signing the papers to walking out the hotel door to find the keys at the concierge and the car ready to go. Great car too - we loved our drive around Tasmania. We will be back!

This was the first time I have ever used Overdrive Car Hire & I could not fault them across the board they were great from start to finish. The process was very user friendly, they were very communicative, everything was easy to understand & the car was immaculate inside & out. Mini Cooper S was a joy to ride through Tasmania's winding roads, and the staff was helpful and actually searched the car for some items I lost during my trip.
