Well designed and made and a good fit - however the advertised claim of a non-slip backing on leather, particularly on the seat part, is totally false - it's not even slip resistant and formerly being in the contract flooring business I am very aware of the correct use of these terms and in this case NEITHER apply! So come OTT guys stop providing misleading info or deliberately lying as I'm sure your products will continue to sell well without that issue.

The cover fits quite well but the problem I have is that the seat part of the cover keeps "riding up" and therefore does not protect the leather seat. Is it possible to make an alteration to the cover?

I previously bought Over The Top’s back seat cover and was pleased with it, so I ordered the footwell extender expecting it to cover the space properly and protect my car from my dog. Unfortunately, it was just a rectangular piece of fabric that didn’t lie flat because of the transmission tunnel, leaving most of the footwell exposed.

The product was described as “custom-made”, but in reality it was generic and not in any way tailored to my car or my specification. Whether bespoke or not, items still need to be as described and fit for purpose, and this one wasn’t.

I’m sharing this because some customers may assume because their items are described as custome made they would not be entitled to a refund. If you buy online, you generally have 14 days to return an item, and if something isn’t as described or not fit for purpose, you’re entitled to a full refund including standard delivery costs.

It took two months for my refund to be processed, and I only received the product price (not the postage), which I’ve written off. If you run into issues, Citizens Advice can help you understand your rights so you get a fair outcome.

I emailed the company with a query and promptly received a call back from a very helpful girl who then sent me a sample of the fabric.
