i have been proccessing with ovgc for about a month now and had no issues the dashboard is nice and easy to use and the staff are friendly

They onboarded me fast I needed a fast track because my old payment platform started taking big security deposits thus making it unsustainable for business to be conducted to the highest order, this platform offer pretty fast payouts and fee is fair, go with them if you value your business

received my payouts on time and support answers group quick, cant complain, keep it up guys

⚠️ PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY ⚠️

It took me only three days to realise that something was seriously wrong with this payment processor.

During those three days:

- Approximately €220 in sales
- Two chargebacks
- €70 in chargeback fees
- No access to my funds

Customers contacted me to report that they had been charged twice for the same purchase. The duplicate payment was not clearly visible to me as the merchant, so I did not know it had happened until customers complained.

Some customers understandably disputed the duplicate charges. Despite the company acknowledging that duplicate payments had occurred, I was still charged €35 for each chargeback.

I received several support tickets from different customers reporting the same issue. Based on my experience, this was not simply one confused customer or one isolated payment problem.

The company also accepted payments from sources that appeared to carry a higher chargeback risk. Combined with the duplicate-payment issue, this left me dealing with unhappy customers, chargebacks and additional fees.

ONE-MONTH UPDATE

One month later, I still have not received any payout. Not a single penny has reached my wallet.

Because businesses in my industry have limited options for accepting card payments, I offered the company a straightforward solution: release the funds owed to me, and I would consider continuing to process card payments through its platform.

They refused to release the payout.

The two chargebacks being used against my account resulted from customers reporting that they had been charged twice. From my perspective, I am being financially penalised for a payment-processing problem that I did not cause and could not initially see.

My communication with a representative using the name OvGTony was also extremely poor. I found the responses rude, dismissive and unprofessional. My concerns were not handled with the level of respect or accountability I would expect from a company holding customer and merchant funds.

After one month, my experience remains:

- No payout
- No satisfactory resolution
- Chargeback fees linked to reported duplicate charges
- Poor communication
- No meaningful accountability

I have also seen people publicly promoting this company. I strongly recommend that potential merchants do not rely solely on promotional posts or comments. Research the company carefully, read independent reviews and make sure you fully understand its payout, reserve and chargeback policies before processing any money.

Based entirely on my own experience, I would not recommend this company and would advise others to proceed with extreme caution.

I've been using OVGC Payments for about a month now, and I honestly haven't had a single issue. No funds have been put on hold, payouts have always arrived on time, and the fees are the lowest I've seen from a payment processor that doesn't require KYC.

I was skeptical at first, but after using it, I'm genuinely impressed. If you're a seller looking to accept card payments and increase your sales, I'd definitely recommend giving OVGC Payments a try.

This guy helped me sm when the seller was giving me problems he offered a refund if the seller wasny going to give me my product until he did. Very helpful and quick in response. hes cool af

I should have trusted my instincts. After doing further research, I discovered that this website appears to be connected to SellHub.io and seems to be operating under a new brand. Unfortunately, I previously lost funds with SellHub.io, and I have now experienced the same issue again.

I am currently owed over $9,000 and have been unable to recover my funds or receive a satisfactory resolution. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.

I also intend to raise my concerns with PaySky regarding this merchant and the nature of the products being sold.

Never held funds, no delays on payouts, very high acceptance rate. Highly recommend them!
