The customer service offered to me was way above my (already high) expectations. I am very incompetent in managing my computer and Ovokey people was so kind to spend a couple of hours giving me very very detailed, step by step instructions on how to do what I needed to do.
If you need help besides bying software this is a place to go.

Dont buy keys here
After two years, my lifetime key no longer works. Support lied to my face, saying that it was only a one-year license (there is no mention of this on my invoice), but interestingly, why did it work for two years? Now they want me to buy it again. They lie and talk nonsense.

Caution: Keys Didn’t Work, No Refund After Claim Closure
Regarding Order No. 884, I would like to share my experience with FOUAD BOUSSALHAM and REDA BOUSSALHAM.
The license keys were delivered only after several reminders and unfortunately did not work. I then opened a PayPal claim. I was asked to close the claim with the promise of a refund, which I did in good faith. However, after closing the claim, I did not receive any refund and did not get any further response to my emails.
Based on this experience, I would advise others to be cautious.

1st time i purchased office365 in 2021....all perfect. Today i purchased another office 365 and also office pro 2021....got things in a moment. I recomend ovokeys in every way. Also their support is outstanding. I lost my key from 1st office365 and they solved in a minutes. Andrej from Slovenia

Es funktioniert nicht, Unseriöse Unternehmern, antworten nicht, erst wen PayPal Fall eröffnet dann melden sich aber Lösung gibt es nicht. Finger weg!!!

these scammers are the same guys as ovokeys.com
these scammers are the same guys as ovokeys.com (look up ovokeys.com on trustpilot / google) which vanished overnight, and they were tivokeys.com before that (look up tivokeys.com on trustpilot / google).
They shut down their old site and change name every so often and continue scamming people using a new site / name.
Do not buy their lifetime office 365, learned the hard way that it's too good to be true. Their online chat customer service is useless!
