Order delayed indefinitely

I placed an order on March 3rd for nine 32 oz water bottles for a special 60th birthday trip coming up on March 22nd. On March 16th the tracking showed that a label had been created but the order had not been shipped. I called customer service and the rep said I would get an e-mail by the end of the day with a shipping update. I never heard anything. On March 17th I called again and they said they would get back by the end of the day. At 3:30 pm I called and they said they were working on getting them ready to ship but they would not go out that day. They offered "free" expedited shipping but that is only for 3-5 days so that will not work. They said there is no way they can send them any quicker and honestly I have reason to believe they won't be shipped out tomorrow either. I do not recommend ordering from this company. They obviously are having problems in their supply chain and are not transparent with providing accurate information to customers. Also they are unable to cancel the order so I am going to receive it when it is too late for me to use and have to experience the hassle of sending it back.

Poor customer service of owalalife

Poor customer service of owalalife . I placed an order on March 6, was not mailed until the 9th and expected delivery 14th. I tracked it and it says it was rerouted because of “address on the label is incorrect “. I checked the address and it was correct. I never had issue about wrong zipcode/ address. When you try to contact customer service, all you get is a bot. And the bot is blaming USPS. Found out it was just me who had the same issue, so I emailed the bot and screen shot reviews from other people. The bot stopped replying. LOL. Still no movement if you track it. I gave up and ordered somewhere else. My order was processed in less than 24 hours. Maybe workers from owala areall bots.

Wir hatten für unsere Tochter eine Wasserflasche zum Geburtstag bei #Owala gekauft. Es wird in der Produktbeschreibung explizit zugesichert, dass der Deckel in der Spülmaschine gereinigt werden kann. Bereits der erste Waschgang hat den Deckel vollständig verfärbt. Wir haben den Vorgang dem Kundenservice berichtet und um Ersatz gebeten. Erst einmal kommuniziert man 4-6 mal mit einem KI-Bot. Es müssen einige Hürden genommen werden, damit sich endlich mal jemand wirklich damit beschäftigt. Der Kundenservice wimmelt einen direkt mit nicht nachvollziehbaren Argumentationen ab. Ich halte das Unternehmen für nicht seriös und rate jedem ab, sich Produkte zu kaufen, da minderwertig, zu teuer und alle Produktzusagen nicht eingehalten werden. Die Menge der Beschwerden unterstreichen die Warnung - Finger weg.

Dont buy from this company!

When l went to claims again they are now saying my 2 bottles are not covered under there warranty. I just received them and they came damaged where's the quality control in this company!! They just dont care about customer's. NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Lightweigth and can hold cold water 24/7

My little sister is a big fan of tumbler, thats why i bought her this. I’m glad that she loves the design i chose. It is lightweight and can hold cold water 24/7. It’s just that the shipment is 2 days delay then the customer service is not responsive.

Only two months after purchasing my…

Only two months after purchasing my water bottles, rust started to appear on the rim and at the bottom inside the bottle. I contacted customer service over a month ago, but they still haven’t provided a simple solution to this quality issue. Now the problem of rust is getting worse. It’s very disappointing, especially considering I paid $154 for two bottles. I expected much better quality and service.

I’ve been an avid owala buyer for years…

I’ve been an avid owala buyer for years and I will not continue giving them my money after this experience. Last Monday, my water bottle broke. The springs on the latch broke off out of nowhere. I’ve never dropped this water bottle but I’ve had it for almost 3 years now. I initially do the warranty form and all they ask for is for the code on the top lid. Thinking I had given them all the information asked for, I threw my broken water bottle away. A WEEK later, they then ask for pictures of the bottom of the bottle. Because I had thrown it away, they said they could not honor the life time warranty. Fraudulent. Please put all the information on the FIRST warranty form and stop wasting people’s time and money. Will never purchase another water bottle from them.

Owala has a limited lifetime warranty

Owala has a limited lifetime warranty. Received as a Christmas gift. 1 month later I dropped it. The lid snapped off and it doesn't seal. Customer Service: "That must be frustrating but bumps do happen and we dont cover that". Good bye Owala.

Breaks easily - don’t waste your money

My kids were so excited to get their Owala water bottles last year. Then one dropped hers off her bed and the other dropped hers in the snow. Each had an irreversible issue with the lid from that point on. One drop and done. I ordered them both new lids just one month ago and already both girls’ lids are showing signs of overuse with springs popping out and one of the handles slipped right off. Neither is repairable and the company refuses to replace. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER OWALA PRODUCT. WASTE.

Wir haben am 6.12. bestellt. Die Ware ist am 21.1. immer noch nicht da. Man kann die Versendung nicht tracken. Auf Nachfragen per Mail an den Support gibt es keine Antwort. Nie wieder!

Not impressed

I'm not impressed with the quality of their products. The straw makes your water taste like plastic, and if you take the straw out to swig the water out of the bottle it's very difficult to not have water spilling out of the sides of the double spout design.

My experience with their customer service was equally underwhelming. At first I had to deal with an AI Assistant responding to my emails (bring just as unhelpful as you can imagine, on top of being terrible for the environment) and when I finally got a human to email me back they were just as unhelpful. Their return policy is only to cover 50% of the cost of the water bottle, and the cost of shipping would be covered by god knows who because I stopped responding at that point.

Dreadful Customer Service

After entering the shipping address, their website populated the shipping with my personal address. I noticed once they sent an order confirmation. Immediately, I called their customer service number and left a message, describing what had happened. I didn't hear back so the next morning I emailed them. They eventually responded back that it was too late to fix their mistake—despite the tracking app showing the shipping labels was being printed and the product purchased wouldn't arrive for 14 days. I emailed again sharing my frustration, They replied with a generic "how are we doing" email. Two days later, I received my second "how are we doing" email, meaning they don't read their emails. Bizarre.

My order was expected 3 days ago and there is no sign of it. I would not order from owala again. The product is not worth the hassle of chasing the order because no one gets back to you when you raise an issue. Do yourself a favour and buy a different product.
Updated review - my product has now arrived although the company did already agree to send another one. So the customer service is very good.

Awful experience and I haven’t got my order yet. Had to keep chasing for a delivery update and was being quoted the same fulfilment and shipping timeframe malarkey even though I told them it was outside of the timeframe. DPD didn’t follow my delivery instructions either and now the parcels being delayed further. Contacted the company and they were of no help. I should’ve got a Stanley lol

You literally have 25 minutes after you place an order to make a change or male a correction If you think I am kidding here is a direct quote"Thanks so much for letting us know about the apartment number correction for your order. I completely understand wanting to make sure everything goes smoothly!
Unfortunately, we're unable to change the shipping address once an order has been placed for more than 25 minutes. Since your order was placed over three days ago, we're unable to update the apartment number at this stage. Do better!!!!!!!!!!

Buying from tik tok shop from a company…

Buying from tik tok shop from a company called maple and ivy.
Not replying to e mails and don't actually exist online as it's a hotel name
Feel I'm getting scammed!
Ordered on November the 15th ok son it's only been a few days but it says shipping within 3-5 days then 17 days delivery???? Unless it's coming from abroad...why would it take this long
Can't find company on here to complain
If the company is reading this I will give it another few days then I'm opening a dispute on PayPal stating no one got in touch.

Arnaque

Commande passée il y a cinq mois et envoyé à l’autre bout de la France par erreur….. Malgré mes nombreuses réclamations et leur promesse de remboursement je n’ai jamais été remboursé et ils ignorent complètement mes mails depuis deux mois maintenant

False Advertising

Purchased the new Tron “glow in the dark” color drop and it doesn’t glow in the dark at all. Videos in their advertisements are edited for false advertising. They should be embarrassed to sell items based on false information. Will not purchase from this company again and will be warning others to steer clear of them.
