We recently looked at purchasing a home from Owl Homes at Willowbank Meadows. I do not normally write reviews but I was very impressed with how Kaitlyn who works in the Sales Office was. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and above all courteous. She answered all our questions and I felt she knew the site inside out.

We we're warmly genuinely greeted by Lisa at Oakwood in Stoke Golding and advised with a refreshing 'nothing with be a problem' attitude. Then Lisa walked us around one of the homes. I work in construction and immediately apricated the care and quality of how everything had been done. We had previously visited a hand full of local new builds and all credit to the site manager here because its faultless. Electrics, Plumbing, Plastering, Brickwork all of these trades working together form your home and each trade work in harmony here. We had placed a deposit on one of the homes but had an opportunity to buy an idyllic cottage which we have gone for, but this was a decision not made lightly because we now have so much work to do! if you're in the market for a new home from a company who really care within a sought after area don't hesitate - buy one. This review is to thank Lisa, the sales executive on the site called Oakwood, Stoke Golding, for being so exceptionally helpful. I have not been an easy buyer, having spent over a year looking for the right house, but Lisa has been extremely patient, giving me time and space to keep a clear head. Her communication between site visits has been unwaveringly reliable. She always answers messages and questions with swift efficiency. Her enthusiasm for the site and homes is reassuring without being pushy, and she has been meticulous in explaining all details to do with the home and purchase. Buying a house can be stressful, and I would say Lisa goes above and beyond when it comes to calm, patient reassurance. All much appreciated. Thank you.

Customer Care at Owl Homes has been fantastic throughout our first year in our new home. Lizzie has been brilliant at quickly scheduling and organising the various jobs, always keeping us updated and making the process hassle-free. Warren has carried out the repairs efficiently and to a high standard, sorting out everything from minor cosmetic issues to more noticeable snags. We’re really impressed with their proactive approach and genuine commitment to keeping our home in perfect condition. Highly recommend their snagging and aftercare service—it’s made all the difference in settling in happily!

Kaitlyn- Willow Bank Meadows.
We booked an appointment to view a house at Willow Bank and the appointment was quickly arranged by Kaitlyn. On arrival, Kaitlyn was there waiting for us and provided us with a lot of detail about the property, development and local area. Kaitlyn also went out of her way to show us two of the properties on site so that we could see the standard of the spec on Owl Homes’ properties, which is excellent. Thanks again Kaitlyn

We had an amazing experience purchasing our first home with Owls. Thank you so much to Lisa and Sheila for all their help, support, advice, and patience. They made our experience so smooth and were always there to help. Lisa was kind very polite and helpful on showing and explaining all of the information and details about Owl and the Stoke Golding site.

Enquired about Lindley Walk, we never ended up buying a home but our experience with Sheila was fantastic. Really helpful and good to deal with. It is a shame the house didn’t quite meet what we required.

Lisa's guidance, flexibility and communication has been invaluable. Whilst we opted not to purchase, the professionalism really does show what kind of developer Owl Homes are.

When filling in a review, google asks what made your experience great? The simplest response is Lisa? Whilst Lisa, has since moved on to the Stoke Golding site, she is still the agent dealing with us for our purchase on King Richards Warf. Knowing that she is effectively dealing with 2 sites and all the additional enquiries they produce, Lisa is literally a God send. Not only picking up dropped balls that others refused to catch but making our transition to buying this property as smooth as it possibly could be. Being the front of house foot solider she really is more than her position and I can only hope she is as valued within her work place as we value the level of above and beyond she went through to make this work (even answering concerns on her day's off). Lisa is far more than her role and I hope she knows how much we valued her hard work and support.

What a great experience I have had with Owl Homes!
I first met Kaitlyn at Mortimer Manor, Bewdley at the end of June 2025 & from day one she has gone above & beyond to help me with everything needed in order for me to purchase my beautiful new house. Kaithlyn has helped me in so many ways ensuring that my Owl Journey has been as smooth as possible.
Communication skills, honesty & willingness to listen has allowed me to purchase my property with ease. She made the whole process seem so easy putting 110% into everything she does.
The help & support has been amazing & nothing has been too much trouble for kaitlyn.

Lindley Walk
Huge thanks to Sheila and the team for all the during our sales process. We love the house and the development. Also a big thanks to Andy, Lee and the Customer Service team for sorting out any snags.

After searching for our ideal new home, we found the beautiful, small development at Mortimer Manor. Our original first plot choice was reserved and unavailable, however, Kaitlyn knew this house was our optimum choice and she very quickly let us know it had become available and she worked hard to keep us informed throughout the process. We love our new home, it is built to a high standard and has many great features. Since arriving here, Kaitlyn has continued her support and Aaron has been simply superb in his endeavours to answer any queries, deal with snags and advice. Both Kaitlyn and Aaron have been reassuring, professional ambassadors for Owl Homes. We would unreservedly recommend this company.

We moved onto the development at King Richard’s Wharf 2 weeks ago and so far, so good.
Lisa has been a great link to have between ourselves and the developer and she has gone above and beyond to make the whole experience as stress free as possible.
I took several members of my family and friends to see the house whilst waiting for completion and Lisa facilitated with her very professional and friendly manner.
The house is the perfect layout for us and a lot of thought has gone into the design and the proportions.
Lee and Les the site managers have arranged for the completion of most of the work on the snagging list with just a few to be done.
Overall, I think our experience so far has been a very positive one and we’re very happy with the layout of the site and its location.
