Appalling experience
I purchased a pair of junior rugby boots for my son. All seemed positive until he lost a couple of studs, which ordinarily wouldn’t be a big deal - I visited their online store which was showing the required studs as being out of stock with no due date for them being re stocked.
I was unable to call Oxen as they don’t have a customer services (or any other) telephone number?!
my son only wore the boots twice & without the replacement lost studs the boots were not fit for purpose. My wife & I emailed Oxen on no less than 6 occasions, but didn’t receive a single reply!
Being a business owner myself I don’t understand how this can happen? Either way I will never buy from Oxen again & would recommend you didn’t either!
