DONT TRUST ANY OF THE 5 STAR REVIEWS. I spent close to $700 on their dress. Got hit with ~$60 duties after (not bad) the dress they sent had insane measurements. I got a size S and I put on 6 inch heels and there is still a foot or more of fabric in length. Again this is not a huge issue for alterations. However, The dress I got has a corset top that probably reaches from my chin to the top of my butt. The dress is so poorly made I cannot estimate that it would have cost more than $60 for the making and the material. The zipper is horrible quality it got stuck just the first time I tried it on. You can really tell the quality of the time they put in their products from the inside of the dress. I would love to add photos. Also the customer service is non existent. They offer messaging through WhatsApp but do not reply. Their return policy is ridiculous, you have to return within a 24hour window for a full refund and they don’t even send tracking for about a week so it would be hard to time if you are on a trip etc. And that is not enough time to get details of where to send it back to especially if you are sending somewhere far such as ALBANIA.

I wouldn’t recommend this company at all! Sent of measurements for a dress it come not altered and two small they have sent out an extra small or small out with my measurements I would of been a medium in some areas and a small in others. No communication since. Also got hit with a £392 import tax fee of DHL. Do not recommend at all. They don’t provide a service they state. Also on social media I have noticed comments are limited and that explains why!!!

Amazing dress and amazing material!!

Company started out ok. I asked for the entire dress to be lined. Dress was sent and in 8 hours I responded via what’s app (where they were responsive when I was ordering). They responded with generic “we want our clients happy “. But did nothing. There was no red tag indicating it wasn’t worn. It smelt horrible. The dress is not what I asked. Policy says I have 24 hours to let them know. They avoided emails, what’s app and IG messages. They don’t honor their return and I would highly suggest to avoid this company. I wanted my money back and return the item and they won’t respond.

Now I am out $900 for an event that I can’t make because they failed to follow through.

They are awesome!! They got my dress made and shipped out to me in little to no time considering I only had 2 weeks. I will be recommending this shop to everyone after my prom.

Oxa truly made my dream dress come to life. The fit was perfect and the material felt and looked so luxurious. Their service is outstanding making the experience even better!
