Outstanding Customer Service Team. I had an issue applying a voucher to an order. I contacted customer service to help. I was advised to place the order, and I would be refunded the amount for the voucher when I received the item. It did take longer than expected to receive my item - this was due to it coming from a supplier. But any time I contacted the customer service, they were extremely professional, so fast to respond and very helpful. Particularly Aoibhe and Minh

Very poor service
Very poor service. We ordered 3 duvets which supposedly were delivered to our postbox ( tiny) and signed for. This didn’t happen. One month later after multiple chats and calls we were given a refund but an agreement was made to reorder with a 20% discount for inconvenience. We were advised to ring a number. As soon as we did the customer service rep said she couldn’t give us the discount.

Really fast, really helpful
