This small timber delivery was made on time and as I was out it was placed in a convenient place on my drive. Only gripe is that hey wanted to charge £10 to cut two 4.8m decking planks in half.

Jacob, who delivered, couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating, particularly in light of the roadworks-related access difficulties that did indeed present themselves.
