Non existent customer service and returns policy
Very Poor Customer Service – No Response to Return Request
After receiving my order, I contacted the company to request a return as the item did not fit. I have now emailed them multiple times and received no response whatsoever.
Their website clearly states that returns must be arranged via email, yet they are not replying, leaving me with no way to follow their own process. There is also no alternative contact method provided.
At this stage, the lack of communication is extremely concerning and makes it difficult to trust the company. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution when ordering.

The quality of garment was terrible and…
The quality of garment was terrible and the fit was off. Attempted to return but they only accept unopened merchandise. How are you supposed to determine if it fits without opening the item? Contacted the company, they offered 50% refund but never received it. The whole thing is a scam.
