Bought 3 shirts for husband. They were returned using free postal offer. Checked and they had not refunded me full amount? They had kept £9.50 which did not equate to anything. When I emailed I got refunded £9.50 but no explanation or apology. CHECK YOUR REFUND AMOUNTS. Obviously won’t use again. Terrible customer service.

To be honest I’d give less then one star if I could. I ordered and paid for a shirt only to receive a cancellation email several weeks later with absolutely no explanation at all. I expect much better customer service. No refund received yet either. So my recommendation is to steer well clear of this company. It’s shame as I really did like the shirt.

Bought a dress which I decided to return. They didn't do refunds just vouchers. As it was covid etc we never went back to spend said voucher.
Basically they had £50 from me and I had nothing to show. Would've been better off selling the dress on Vinted! Their refund policy is poor, frankly.

I ordered two size large shirts online (my usual size). I tried one on and found that it was about 3" too long in the sleeve and about 4" too long in length. I repacked the opened one neatly and returned them. £7.95 return postage was deducted from my refund. My complaint was ignored.

Bought and paid for 10 shirts, they delivered only 5.

Visited today, my son had saved up to buy a shirt here, went out of our way to come here. Treated to rude condescending staff. If you don’t want people to try shirts on then don’t have signs up saying to ask. Made to think we were unreasonable for wanting to see what a unreturnable shirt would look like on and we should be grateful because it was in the sale. Would never bother again will encourage him to look elsewhere from now on!

Dreadful experience at the Burford store !

Condescending lady approached us to inform us dogs (our 3 small min. Schnauzers who are clean well behaved and well travelled were not allowed)

There is no signage to this affect at all !!

So you’ve missed out on a sale of F & F boots

I visited the store in Burford yesterday afternoon, 18/9/24 & left feeling dissatisfied with the attitude of the store assistant who was extremely unwelcoming & condisending. She basically insinuated that the store wasn't for me !! . I am a regular buyer of most of the brands in store & normally buy online but thought it may be a nice experience to visit the store as I was nearby on business . I shall not be visiting the store again as I left feeling very angry & humiliated. This particular Lady needs to be reminded to " Never judge a book by it's cover" .

Used Oxfordshirt Co for the first time (online shopping). Bought two linen shirts in their sale. Delivery excellent, quality and cut of the shirts (for me) excellent. Not disappointed and will definitely browse their website when I need additional shirts. Yes, would recommend.

Flagship store in Burford more like a struggling lower class department store on its knees. The shirts demand middle class prices £69.95, but cannot even be packed in quality selves for display, the cut of the shirt is old fashion, very long and baggy, tailored cuts are disappointing and have no slim or tailored shape, the staff in store have no idea how to measure gentleman for correct size, and clearly no idea on the products they are selling, example arm length, and also have no idea if the shirts are even local produced outside Oxford, UK anymore. Further questioning sadly confirms shirts are no longer made in ENGLAND and come from outside the UK. Clients looking to buy quality shirts Made in England then advise visiting James Street, London, this once Cotswold company that prided its self on English quality and production now offers TAT. Not worth the drive from London.
