Sarah preferred to email me directly (to hide this shocking behaviour) instead of openly answering to this complaint on here, but I will post her reply for transparency, invisibility ;

She said that because Michael is the owner, my business is not now welcome as I have raised a complaint! And she added “ it would be more appropriate for you to seek treatment at an alternative provider“

So if you want to be spoken to in a condescending way and to be penalised and refused service if you provide feedback then look no further.

Personally I will now be giving this a miss.

I’m truly sorry to have to leave a negative review but today 25/03/2026 I have just had the worst customer service I’ve had for a very long time thanks to Micheal.

After having a 6 session course that have been nothing but excellent with both Amy and Sarah who I could not recommend enough, I had the completely opposite experience with Micheal today.
He was extremely late in letting me in to the building and it took a number of phone calls to motivate him to do so.
He gave no apology for his lateness but tried to pass the blame on to Amy.
He had an air of complete arrogance and contempt for me as a paying customer and felt it was appropriate to condescend me and argue with me about an issue that he later called Sarah to verify that I was indeed correct and not a liar as Micheal accused me of being..

If I had had the misfortune of encountering Micheal on my first visit I certainly would not have spent the £600 for a course as I did on the strength of the excellent customer service and information provided by Amy.

I have one more session left of my course and now I am seriously considering not purchasing my next 20 sessions as planned because I would never want to be in the same building as Micheal again.

Goes to show that one rotten apple can spoil a brilliant thing.

Attended at Leeds for the first time for my wife and was impressed with the surroundings & friendly helpful staff. She is looking forward to future sessions!

Great experience

Booked an appointment in the early hours of this morning due to an ongoing cycle of cluster headaches. Arrived five minutes before my appointment as advised in the welcome emails, staff member knew my name and had clearly read all my information I'd provided and was very knowledgeable. And gave advice and guidance on next sessions or things to ask my GP or Neurology consultant going forward.

My recent experiences at Oxify, have been very good. In fact, I’ve been so impressed I have booked again

Loved the experience recomend this to any body so relaxing i fell asleep again brilliant staff so nice and nothings too much explain everything precise

Oxify is amazing. Patience and transparency in what happens is the primary focus for this team at Manchester. The team talk through all the process, any key areas you’re trying to focus on and worries or concerns you might have.

Will keep coming back as omg I had the best sleep ever the other night and previous sessions it has felt like all the chatter in my head has quietened down a bit. I’m finally getting the rest I need either through less internal noise the time to chill in the chamber or having a better night sleep. Still waiting for the improval in my running times 😀 but hoping it will help with overall health. Thanks Manchester team - you’re a great asset to the company.

Been coming few months now definitely seen a difference in my headaches not severe and not as many lovely friendly people

My first time doing hyperbaric oxygen chamber, I was greeted a Friendly team who directed me through the process
I took my own pillow and black making my experience relaxing

I had my tester session today. Staff was nice and I felt comfortable in the chamber. I. decided to book a block of 10 sessions. I am starting tomorrow and I can’t wait to benefit from the treatment.

Always great service from the staff and the machines themselves are incredible…definitely recommended for athletes such as myself.

The oxygen got rid of the burns on my neck from radiotherapy,and the staff are unbelievable everyone of them👍🏻

Totally sped up a diabetic wound on my foot. You could see the improvement after every session.

I had my very first experience today with a taster session. I was greeted by Jenny who was welcoming, and professional. I was slightly nervous of the unknown, but Jenny put my mind at rest, and all went well. I don’t expect to see many benefits after only a 10 mins session, but now I know what it entails I will probably try an hour session next time.

I didn’t feel much different after the session but as hours went by I felt better and better. There is no question and doubt about benefits of oxygen chambers. They are good for everything. Quite expensive though. Something like this should really be provided by NHS, or just be more affordable for everyone.

Oxify Retford has been a game-changer for our daughter’s autism journey. After 60 HBOT sessions, we’ve seen incredible improvements in her condition. A huge thank you to Amy, Sarah, and Mike for their kindness and flexibility in scheduling back-to-back sessions. We’re beyond thankful for their support and wholeheartedly recommend Oxify Retford to anyone facing similar challenges and will definitely return for more sessions!

I’ve now completed four hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions at Oxify Gateshead and can already feel a significant improvement in my energy levels. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, creating a calm and supportive environment.

The HBO chamber itself is light, clean, and spacious – a much more comfortable experience than I had anticipated.

I initially came for treatment due to post-viral fatigue following a severe and extended shingles outbreak over Christmas, which left me completely drained and with visible abdominal scarring. I truly believe the therapy is supporting both my overall recovery and the healing process.

Highly recommended for anyone dealing with fatigue, recovery issues, or looking to boost their wellbeing.

My friend and I did the taster session this weekend and we loved it.
The place was very clean and we were made to feel at ease straight away.
We were talked through everything and checked on in regular intervals.
We will be back soon.
