I’m having to have lung surgery, so ordered the Breathing Trainer and Spirometer. I started to get suspicious when I kept receiving emails telling me where my order was, with a tracking number. Today I’m informed that delivery of my items failed. But according to the tracking info it hadn’t even reached my home, it was about 30 miles away still.
I contacted their support via the email link they told me to contact them on, and what do you know, that failed to send!! And so the drama begins!

Not bad stuff. The effects are not that fancy as in the ads (which is general in marketing) but has some positive effects. Should not expect a miracle, but still helps a bit.

Horrible service. I have reauested an update on my order 3 times now and I have only gotten the auto response. Dont buy from these incapable people please. Update. After almost 2 weeks the order got to the couriers. They use I mile. Even though imiles rating is low i got my order the same day they received it so thats good. The product came packaged nicely and so far i have seen noticeable changes since using it. You have to realy nail the breathing exercises tho which can take practice.

It's ok. I like that it's smaller then most masks. But i have already got it maxed out. And I've only used it twice. Not sure if I'm doing it correctly lol.

Since I have started using it I have increased my breathing by half. I have bad COPD . My lungs were flooded 4 / 5 years ago when my Arotic Stenosous Vale got a hole in it. Will keep up with it as I feel it will improve with time.

Excellent product.

I am a smoker (10 years), and I felt the difference instantly. I have a much better sleep (lighter), achieving REM and dreaming.

Using it constantly for 3 weeks now.

This far I just starting to feel it really works. When the Mullein arrived, it gave my smokers lung good relieff. Excited about how it will feel in another couple of weeks to a month!

I was looking at purchasing one breather. There was a "CHRISTMAS" code to use for a discount. When i entered this it said purchase complete. And there werex3 breathers plus extra items, insurance etc which increased the cost significantly. I never selected any of this extra options! I attempted to contact and consistently had a Failed Delivery message. I cancelled my credit card immediately. I eventually got through to them and they said they could not cancel because theyd already dispatched the item. This is in contravention to their 12 hour policy which states an order cannot be cancelled after 12 hours. My request to cancel was only a few hours old.
Interestingly i had 3 separate notifications stating the items were Dispatched. In between these i received notification the product is being prepared. So which was it???
A very shonky company. Do not deal with them. They have answered me once from many attempts and are very difficult to deal with.
Purchase from a reputable seller and dont buy from these guys.
Truly terrible experience.

Be vary wary of purchasing this product. i am going to have to litigate with this company to get them to honor their return policies. They do not do this wiilingly!! You ordered it, you keep it!

my lungs collapsed after I used the product for the first time…
I had no lung related illness whatsoever beforehand.
I’ve been using medicine to heal my lungs since a month.
Deifinitely not recommend to anyone!

Trying to get a refund, yet took me more than a week. No progress has been made. that 30days refund thing is untrustable

I have been trying to contact Oxybio Customer Support however no response is ever received from the contact us page and the support email is undeliverable and bounces back.

I had a problem with the courier, Aramex, not receiving a redelivery request as there was no one home when they attempted delivery and they returned to sender instead of executing the redelivery request with the instructions given.

I have received emails from OxyBio to contact them regarding delivery however there is no way of contacting them.

Would definitely not recommend purchasing from them as the basics of trying to talk to someone as a follow up for ordered products is a major headache.

My order #OXY9120328 failed but you took my money. Your email adress does not work anymore support@oxybio.c. I cannot contact you anywhere and you completely ghosted me.

Support team are an embarrassment to this brand! DO NOT BUY, find another manufacturer.

A quick update. I've been using the Oxibio for a few weeks, and I do feel that my lung capacity is a bit better. So I'll keep using it, and would recommend people to give it a try.

On the other hand they're customer service is terrible, in the sense that the SUPPORT service does not exist. Do not waste your time emailing them on it. They will never respond.

If you have a problem, or a bad experience, leave a bad review on here. It's the only way they will ever get back to you, which is a shame, as the product is good.

Does exactly what it says it does. Have had it now for two weeks and already my breathing is so much easier . After all the struggles with the lungs its an enjoyment to feel so much better ,many thanks

Not helpful

I think I am using it the same way I see it used in the ad's but i have no idea if I am using it correctly. I am reading reviews of other people saying that they notice significant improvements but I am not and I am guessing its because i am using it incorrectly? I really should have done more research before buying it.

I placed my order over a month ago. The online tracking service keeps updating, but nothing ever arrives. It’s been at the sorting center for over a week now. Every time I email they send me a tracking number. And then told me that a replacement item was dispatched. Starting to feel like this is a scam. They were quick enough to take my money. Yet no one is sending me anything or telling me where the items are.

With just 10min per day am feeling definitive difference in my diaphragm and deep upper core, so honestly quite impressed and highly recommend
