when my machine broke they did send a lender, fixed my machine and i returned the lender one. Received a call several months later stating I never returned it. I am trying to go to the site to look at an external battery and can not get there. Keeps saying please contact us. Why? I just want to look.

I have been trying to get them to send me a fixed machine. but they are not calling me or returning my emails. I have changed my back. since I don't need my breathing machine anymore. and since they wont call me for service. I wont pay them anymore.These do not give a SH-T about us.

Machine has been having a lot of problems

Unit and case did not match up to external charger. Didnt give me as many hours as advertised. Tried to charge me more than contract. Being in a place where there is smoke voids any returns.( visit to smokers) tried to make me pay for loaner too when i returned it. Dont recommend

i have always wanted a concentrator i could use any where i go. one that is affordable and portable, i have C O P D and it is hard to get around with those tanks. and i wanted one that would last a long time when i am traveling or out shopping or what ever. well Oxyensure came through they have a portable concentrator that will last 8 hours the machine i got comes with an internal battery and a external battery so i have a lot longer to go out where i want. they have a variety of packs you can buy , and they will help you finance the machine so you can afford it .happy with OXYENSURE
