No customer service. Nothing. They just ignore you.

Bought the Go blender. They have no replacement parts for the rubber seal which easily breaks by the way.

I bought the Gopower blender from Amazon. Within a few weeks the rubber seal had broken. They sent me a brand new machine because they don't supply replacement parts 😱🧠... It broke again but life got in the way of me getting back to them. They still won't supply a 2 pence rubber seal (I tried buying a seal off eBay but can't get the right fit). They won't replace the seal & recommended I buy another machine! Nothing wrong with this one. It's a great little appliance but insane that they don't provide replacement seals.

Absolute Scam,

The nex pro massage gun randomly stopped working and oYeet refused to honor the 2 year warranty. The responses I received from their customer support address were written in broken English, informed me that they were out of product, and that I should just buy another one. Look at the other reviews here for verification, seems to be a theme with this company. Stay Away!!

GO AWAY !!! This is a fraudulent website !!!

I made a purchase through the Amazon website for a product titled "Massage Gun for Athletes, NEX Pro Mini Percussion Massager Gun, Deep Tissue Muscle Treatment for Pain Relief, High-Intensity Vibration." At the time of purchase, O'yeet prominently advertised a 2-year warranty on their official website, so I registered the warranty on their website with written confirmation, which was a significant factor in my decision to choose their product.

However, the warranty, which was presented as a promise of product quality and assurance, has not been honored by O'yeet. When I encountered a problem with the purchased product and reached out to their customer service department, I was informed that O'yeet had closed their Amazon store and, as a result, was no longer honoring the warranty they had prominently advertised on their website.

Please do not buy from this company. It is a scam. I supported them when they were on Indigogo and made my purchase through there. They said delivery would be July, only in December did I get it after hounding them to find out where it was. Lots of people by the sounds of things didn’t even get theirs. The coms was terrible. The battery life was useless. Now my Massage gun has stopped working and they refuse to honour the warranty because they say: “We don’t sell on that site anymore so they don’t cover the warranty.” They are the worst company to deal with. Never buy from them please. Go to the indigogo website, look oyeet up and read the 2043 comments and see how many are good… not many.

This company scammed soo many people out of money for this particular gun that was on a funding page. I never received the massage gun I ordered through them and they refuse to refund my money. Those who have received their massage gun, found that it stopped working shortly after receiving it. BUYER BEWARE!

The company is a joke. My unit would only run for a few minutes before needing to be recharged. They say they have a two year warranty but the customer service is only via email. I got the runaround for weeks, half of the emails didn’t even make grammatical sense, one time they told me five minutes of run time is fine because batteries age. Still within the warranty period. AVOID.

Absolute scam company my unit failed the first week been chasing them for replacement since Nov 2021. They just dont want to know you .... DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE ....

I ordered my product from Indigogo, and when the massage gun arrived, I used it several times, and it stopped working.
I was asking for a refund for over one month. I emailed them more than 15 times, and they always said that I needed to wait, but I still didn't receive a refund.

Be aware that the product is very low quality and that their customer support will never refund you.
