OyeGifts is hands-down the best platform for midnight gift delivery and premium hampers. Their same-day flower delivery is incredibly reliable, and the customer service is excellent. If you want to send high-quality birthday gifts without the hassle, OyeGifts is the only name you need to remember.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Oyegifts (oyegifts.com). I placed an order worth ₹1350 for flowers, chocolates, and a teddy bear, opting and paying extra for same-day speedy delivery. Unfortunately, the entire experience was far from what was promised.

Firstly, the order was not delivered on the same day—in fact, it took 4 days to arrive. I had to repeatedly follow up and even send them my payment invoice before they proceeded with the delivery, which is completely unacceptable for a paid, confirmed order.

Secondly, their system seems outdated and unreliable. They incorrectly claimed that I had requested delivery for the 21st, when my actual request was for Mother’s Day (14th March). This kind of error shows a lack of proper order management and accountability.

The delivery quality was equally disappointing. Instead of proper gift wrapping, the flowers were wrapped in newspaper, which looked cheap and careless. For the amount I paid, I expected at least decent gift wrapping. Additionally, I had paid for a greeting card option, but all they provided was a note printed on A5 paper and stuck onto the newspaper wrapping—again, very unprofessional.

Considering the high cost and the promises made, this level of service is absolutely unacceptable. Delayed delivery, poor packaging, and lack of basic professionalism made this a very frustrating experience. I will never buy from them again and would not recommend Oyegifts to anyone looking for reliable or quality gifting services.

Fake website reviews. Fraudulent company.!!

One of the worst experiences as a customer ordering a pedant from them.

They send me a broken chain which is of poor quality and they don't even bother to give me a refund. The product quality is clearly horrible. Large delivery wait times. And poor customer service.

I ordered cake and that was just average too. And overpriced.

This is a grievance I am reporting against this company. When I placed the order and what was depicted on their site, I was under the impression that a freshly baked plum cake will be sent however what you have sent is a 330g Unibic plum cake which costs Rs 142 n for that I was charged Rs 839 just for the cake alone with delivery.
How can this company cheat customers this way, on the image that have not mentioned that it's gonna be a unibic cake. If I wanted to give a unibic cake I could have ordered it myself from Instamart why did I have to use Oye gifts platform.
I would urge from customers not to order anything from this site as they are running fraudulent activities.
I tried calling the number you have given to reach customer care but noone bothered to receive and no response even received on email.

We have booked a online gift order No. OVE100095447 on dated 21 June 25 of Rs. 1100/- paid by online to the company on the same date, the order confirmation received by the company through company email. After deduction of the amount i was trying to reach to the company for tracking link for the status of the order delivery, but no response received even after several email and phone call given to the mentioned number but no response received. No order has been delivered till date even after several email.
After going through the review of the online shopping company "Oyegifts" i come to know it is totally fraud company, alter receipt the payment no response/no delivery of the items. It is simple case on forgery and breach of the trust of the customer.

Request you to take necessary action against such fraudulent forged online shopping company, Also are requested to send your complaint to the below email ID.

Promised same day delivery. Debited my account. No delivery. Called multiple times, no one picked call. Sent email, no response. Destroyed the entire occasion.
