I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Oyegifts (oyegifts.com). I placed an order worth ₹1350 for flowers, chocolates, and a teddy bear, opting and paying extra for same-day speedy delivery. Unfortunately, the entire experience was far from what was promised.
Firstly, the order was not delivered on the same day—in fact, it took 4 days to arrive. I had to repeatedly follow up and even send them my payment invoice before they proceeded with the delivery, which is completely unacceptable for a paid, confirmed order.
Secondly, their system seems outdated and unreliable. They incorrectly claimed that I had requested delivery for the 21st, when my actual request was for Mother’s Day (14th March). This kind of error shows a lack of proper order management and accountability.
The delivery quality was equally disappointing. Instead of proper gift wrapping, the flowers were wrapped in newspaper, which looked cheap and careless. For the amount I paid, I expected at least decent gift wrapping. Additionally, I had paid for a greeting card option, but all they provided was a note printed on A5 paper and stuck onto the newspaper wrapping—again, very unprofessional.
Considering the high cost and the promises made, this level of service is absolutely unacceptable. Delayed delivery, poor packaging, and lack of basic professionalism made this a very frustrating experience. I will never buy from them again and would not recommend Oyegifts to anyone looking for reliable or quality gifting services.
