Great magazine for my 12 year old!
I gave this subscription to my 12 year old grandson last year. He is on the autistic spectrum and loves to read. He likes science. His mind is a sponge retaining almost everything he reads. He and his parents love this magazine.

Misleading Subscription Options & Access
I purchased a digital subscription after reviewing one of their complementary downloadable PDF versions, and reading that a digital subscription comes with complete access to PDF versions of their editions since 2020.
After purchase, I attempted to retrieve a PDF copy of the latest version to provide to my daughter, since the embedded reader isn't terribly user friendly for her tablet. When I couldn't find out how to download a PDF copy I reached out and asked their support channel for help. Their response was basically they don't provide PDF versions of their magazine for copyright reasons. Ok, fair enough, however the website is very much misleading, as it doesn't really say that PDF editions are only accessible via their embedded PDF viewer on their website.
All in all, I'm now stuck with a digital subscription that I can't realistically use as I was expecting, I'm yet to hear back on my refund request. Honestly, I really felt very mislead by this company's marketing and just want others to fully understand what they're getting into.

Great range of topics to appeal to various readers. Good balance of intro level and more advanced technical information to allow new-comers to find something that can hook them while providing new information/perspectives to more advanced readers. Encourages healthy skepticism to nurture scientific literacy.
