My favorite magazine. Each issue is jam packed with the most fun and informative articles. The articles are well written and have lots of illustrations and pictures. If you love to learn this magazine is for you.

My boy love reading OYLA magazine. It gives a broader understanding on science. The pictures and colours adds the interest and curiosity of reading the topic further. Even as an adult I get excited to read and explore areas. Thank you

This magazine is great for both parents and children. As a long time reader of scientific American I was happy to find a magazine similar but for younger readers. The articles and pictures are top notch. Very much worth the price.

Oyla is one of the best magazines I have ever read. They break down topics into easily understandable explanations, helping me to enjoy the read while still learning. I guarantee that your children will spend time carefully reading each page, then sharing their new found knowledge to the whole family, just like me!

This articulate piece of literature is one of the most astounding informational magazines I have even laid my eyes upon. At first when I picked up this magazine I thought it would be too hard to read with unintriguing concepts. However when I started reading I had to use all my might to get myself to stop. Reading is a real expirience with OYOLA. The gratifying detail is precise with cencepts broken down perfectly for readers to understand, disregarding reading level. Moreover the diversity of the sections such as the FAQ or math sections help readers gain an great understanding of the concepts, and more. I cannot piece together the last time I understood a concept in a textbook, and here it is summarized with microscopic details to perfection. I am very glad there was a way to review this breathtaking perfected magazine to share with others the great learning, educational, and inspiring lessons OYOLA has incorporated in such a limited amount of pages. To result this magazine is well worth the money as it provides amazing detail and information with well written paragraphs/graphs/plots/line graphs/pictures ect, I am gratified that I stumbled upon this magazine subscription and I'm so happy I did. I praise OYOLA for it's useful magazines and wishes it greatness in the future of learning, and endevours.

My 14 year old home schooler loves these magazines. Such great quality and chock full of interesting and well written articles on a massive range of topics. With no adds to distract and entice away from the topics at hand this magazine helps to keep focus on reading and plants seeds of thought for future study and expanded investigation.

The only negative I have is that so far I haven't been able to download or print the back catalogue so that it could be viewed without being online or flicked through without the need for a device. If these were possible I'd have given it 5 stars.

While I normally enjoy reading these magazines (and I know my younger brother does too), I was appalled by a recent article entitled the Darwin Awards. I was familiar with the idea of the Darwin Awards before I read the article, but I couldn’t believe that someone would ever write about them in a magazine, especially one geared toward a younger audience. I found the section to be incredibly distasteful despite the disclaimer that behind each of the stories was a real human life or lives. One of the stories detailed the deaths of something like seven people who all died while trying to save each other from drowning. How can you in good conscience put that in a magazine? How can you put that in a magazine as a joke? At this point in my tirade, I should point out that I’m a junior in high school. I want you to know that, because I want you to think about how a high school junior has more grace than your entire editing team, and I know I am coming off a little harsh here, but do you know what’s harsh? Laughing at poor souls who died in unfortunate accidents. Whether those accidents were caused by the victims or not those people do not deserve to be laughed at. Did you even think about those people’s socioeconomic situations that might have led them to act so brashly? Or did you even think about how one of their surviving family members might have felt to read about them depicted in such a way? For anyone who has read this far, thank you. I don’t have a lot else to say. In a perfect world, Oyla would publish an apology for that article and would act with more grace next time. Next time they thinking about publishing an article that encourages children to act insensitively and apathetically by laughing at the deaths of our fellow members of mankind.

Love this magazine! The articles are pitched perfectly for teens, but interesting and engaging for all. The breadth of topics is varied, and we've been able to use these to compliment school work. Would definitely recommend!!

I think the magazines are great! Me and my sister always check our mailbox to see who can read the latest issue first. The one thing I would change is maybe to include some science experiments or projects that the reader could do. Thank you for reading. Declan Mcconnon

Good content and engaging magazine. Regularly read together with my 12 year old

I strongly recommend the Oyla magazine, as it's full of information about all different topics for all interests and hobbies.
with articles ranging from cities that don't exist to how the left handed survive in a right handed world and about 1-6 pages for each topic I rate Oyla 5/5 stars.

Absolutely love this magazine. A fascinating range of topics covered from the wildly obscure to the everyday and all explained beautifully. I'm delighted with OYLA and cannot recommend it highly enough. Obsessed.

Everything is perfectly orchestrated and put together perfect

I bought the subscription for my grandchild. We read an article whenever he visits. He is always engaged.

My 10-year old can't get enough of this magazine! They are excited when a new month approaches because they know a new issue will be waiting for them in the mailbox soon. They ask to read aloud articles that they find interesting and we even get my very science-averse kiddo interested in what we are learning about. All of the elements (articles, images, graphs, etc) create such a rich experience for curious kids.

Interesting and engaging content across a range of STEM and HASS topics. A great resource for families or teachers. Highly recommend this resource (based on the 1 copy we've received so far). For Christian families, I'd recommend looking over the content with your children and discussing points of differences since this is not a Christian publication.

The content is absolutely wonderful. Every issue has something that sparks his interests, expands his understanding and pushes him to learn more.
