I had a very disappointing experience with this product and the overall service. I ordered a protein supplement and tried consuming it three different times, but each time it caused serious stomach issues and loose motions. After the third attempt, I was actually unwell for two straight days.

Initially, I thought it might just be a one-off reaction, but after repeated issues, it’s clear the product does not suit me at all.

What’s even more frustrating is the customer service. I tried reaching out via WhatsApp, but there is no proper way to report an issue. The responses feel automated and unhelpful, and there is no real support or resolution provided. It’s surprisingly difficult to even find a proper way to raise a complaint or leave feedback.

Overall, this has been a very poor experience—not just with the product, but also with the lack of customer support. Based on my experience (and after noticing many similar complaints online), I would not recommend this brand.

Sorry to say but my experience with this brand is not good…. No result at all … basic morality is missing with this brand, which in turn puts a big question mark on the quality… how can someone with that cheating attitude can give true quality

I tried using the OZiva product, but after consuming it, I experienced severe stomach pain and digestive issues. Because of these side effects, I had a very bad experience with this product. I would not recommend it.

Worst product. Their plant protein gives you cramp and it tastes like chalk. If anyone want it, I have 1 kg pack which i can give away for free. Just used one scoop. I will not even recommend this for animals.

Very bad delivery services. I ordered protein powder for my dad and it shows out for delivery for the last 7 days but not actually delivering the product. Very pathetic service and there is no helpline number to contact. No response to the email even after 4 days. Truly pathetic service.

Wrost company, just using influencer, delay in product delivery, no customer care no response, dont buy Fake company,

Good marketing of fake products, 0% results in 4 months.
Also no way to get diet plan. The owner is creating fake videos and podcasts.

I used its Hair growth vitamins and serum continuous for 5 months without missing a day, all I saw was zero new hair, but increased hair fall from some areas
