I hired an ozone generator from Ozone Clean Air after speaking directly with Keith Ferris. Before placing the order, I specifically asked whether the machine would remove a cigarette smoke smell left behind by a tenant in a room. Keith assured me that he had hired these machines out hundreds of times and had never received any complaints, and he referred me to the testimonials on the company's website.
Based on those assurances, I went ahead with the hire. Unfortunately, in my case, the machine did not remove the smoke odour at all (maybe 5% and no more). After using the product as instructed, there was no meaningful improvement. I even tried 3 cycles.
I contacted Keith to explain the situation and that the result I had been led to expect had not been achieved. Rather than offering any form of goodwill gesture, partial refund, or alternative solution, I was told that no refund would be provided - tough luck.
I appreciate that results may vary depending on circumstances, and I am only commenting on my own experience. However, I feel that the product did not deliver the outcome that was represented to me before purchase, and I was disappointed by the company's response when I raised my concerns.
Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and would not recommend it to others.
