I went to claim rewards points I had earned and they simply just vanished. Not put into my balance or didnt show back up as points.
Had to wait numerous minutes for a customer service agent, finally got one who was just copy and paste comments only to lose connection.
Awful site.
UPDATE: Sent an email. They acknowledged I claimed the points and that was all. Not acknowledging the points vanished and there is no record of points being used on transactions. Typical AWFUL customer service from this company.

After playing on bodog religiously for years and making it to VIP, I will no longer support the rebranded Ozoon as they have changed the sports rollover on all bonuses from 5x to 12x, which is absurd. Nothing has gotten better since the transition to Ozoon.

I've had great experiences with Ozoon, the customer service is responsive, a ton of betting markets, and deposits/withdrawals are quick and simple. The website can have a few hiccups from time to time as they transistion, but these issue are resolved pretty quickly

I recently tried to withdraw $29,000 and after my withdrawal was put into review 2 weeks later they wrote back saying my account has been closed and they will only refund my original deposits. They didn't give anything actual information about why, I'm placing bets for myself I'm not part of a group of people making bets, I'm located in Ontario, I've given all documentation required. And yet they refuse to even talk to me anymore.
Bodog use to be a good site to play on, I know lots of friends and family that had good experiences with Bodog in the past since the rebranding this sports book is nothing but criminals. Pay me the $26,000 you owe me. I will continue to post regular reviews on here until you make good.
