Better try another place
I've made an online purchase of scales with delivery and paid for it on June 17th 2024, next day I received the following message: Unfortunately, one or more items are currently out of stock and this may cause a slight delay for delivery. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience and be sure we are doing our best to correct the situation.
On July 4th I've sent first message on the website, since I did not receive an answer I sent 2nd ticket on July 12, and an e-mail on July 13th. Various times I called the official number and not a single time anyone picked up the phone.
I can easily call it the worst customer support experience I've ever had, do not recommend this place to anyone.
* It’s been three month, and still I did not get the order
*It's been more than five month total, I've submitted a request for refund on September 13th via email main ozzo.lv and no money was sent back.
* Welcome from 2026 , still no refund.
