I joined the Subto Community over a year ago and I've definitely gotten more my money's worth. This Community introduced to all of the resources I needed in my local market to get any deal done. Anytime I have an issue I have many options from going back to other members doing a lot of deals locally, ask the entire community or reach out to Pace directly on one of his many zooms. Pace is constantly trying to find out what is people's many problems when it comes to getting deals done and giving out his resources to help them. He has handed out tens thousands of dollars in list, access to closers to help you close the sellers, daily role playing sessions, free lead generation strategies. Pace is simply an amazing, selfless human being, but what is even more amazing is the community that he has put together inside of the ever growing real estate community. No other mentorship offers all of the advantages that Pace provides on a daily basis to enhance your real estate knowledge, give you access to high level people within the real estate world, and provides a platform as far reaching as subto that allows you to "squad up" with like-minded individuals with a common goal of achieving time and monetary freedom utilizing real estate. Would give 10 stars if I could!

I joined Pace's mentorship, in the hopes of learning about real estate, from someone who does the business, and does it well. Not only have I learned about real estate, I joined a huge family, whose there to support and help one another. I found my business partner, through this family. I can't thank Pace enough, for having the vision, and the will,to put this together.

There's not enough space to write all the great things about Pace and the Subto mentorship..FAMILY, that he has created! I'm blown away at the amount love and support we have as students in this movement that we are a part of right now. Pace wants to see everyone be successful! Not only in Realestate but in LIFE. This mentorship is like no other. You are surrounded by like-minded individuals who are always willing to pour value into you from the moment you join. Pace has created an environment of go givers and that alone is worth every penny. As for Pace, he will exceed every expectation you have of a human beings availability to give and provide value in every way possible.

This man is the definition of a go giver. He gives without expecting anything in return. The greatest mentor in the world with his wise advice. This is why so many people in the community have grown their business to new levels and became leaders. Words cannot explain how amazing Pace is.

I found Pace not long after I lost my dad a year ago. I was in such a dark place and had no idea what I was going to do, my life was in a tail spin.
Someone sent me a TikTok to cheer me up and somehow that became Real Estate Tik Tok and the rest as they say is history.
Shortly after, I began following Pace and immediately recognized his go-give spirit and was drawn to what he was sharing and have been following ever since. When I tell you this mentorship and community that he created has changed my life- I mean that sincerely.
Never in all my years have I ever met someone so truly dedicated to the betterment of others and as authentic as he is-in our out of real estate.
Because of the community and the information that Pace has shared, I was able to close multiple deals this year and ON the day of the one year anniversary of my father passing, I closed on my first buy/hold rental property!

I don't know if I will ever be able to explain or even "repay" him but I will give 100% to paying it forward to show my appreciation.

Security is the biggest thing I have experienced so far with Pace. The knowledge is good but being able to feel vulnerable and knowing you will not be judged helps more than anything. The community that he has created is not only priceless but a safety net for everyone in it. They cheer and motivate you through failures and accomplishments. You make long term connections with strangers from all over the world with different life experiences. The most he has ever asked from me is to pay what I learned from him forward to someone else and to be a giver first. Can't really describe how being apart of it all has changed my outlook in life as a business owner and a person.

Going above and beyond is an understatement when it comes to the value provided by this community. Pace Morby lays it all on the line for people and operates with THE BEST INTENTIONS. Integrity and value is top notch.

THE SUBTO FAMILY IS LIKE FAMILY. Pace truly practices what he preaches and engrains it within the community. Giving back, providing value, looking out for one another. When he's telling the community to look out for each other he too applies those same principles going above and beyond to look out for the Subto community. The positive vibes are infectious. The Subto community is a community of go-givers. If you can't close a deal there is more than enough people that will volunteer to help. They are always looking for ways to give value, its amazing.

It is difficult to know where to begin or to explain what the SubTo community means to me. I have so much admiration and love for Pace and for my SubTo family. Everyone is simply amazing and we have an awesome mentor in Pace.

He is a strong leader who leads by example—kind, and giving, he pushes all his students to be the absolute best we can be. He knows many of us have highs and lows, we struggle but we rebound! He encourages us to give back to our community and lift each other up. It's not about one person. It's about all of us and the community he's built. Some folks in SubTo are great at encouragement and mindset, others are great at underwriting deals and closing them. And yet others are Ninja’s at finding leads. Whatever it is we need, we can go to our community for help. There is someone there who knows how to help us. We squad up together.

I found the SubTo through a friend. We were both part of another mentorship and I struggled to figure out how to make investor life work while still in a working a full time job. I struggled to gain momentum. But when I joined SubTo, I learned so much in just the first several months that it literally changed my life. I finally figured out the things that were missing from my other mentorship that helped propel me forward. It’s still a work in progress but I have learned, and continue to learn, from many other people in the group who give of their time to help, and I have made friendships with people all over the globe.

Remember it's not all about Pace. It's about this community he's built. We support each other, we love each other, we help each other, and we in turn become leaders ourselves. That's the power of the SubTo community.

I have been blessed to join this Sub2 family! At first I wonder what if I make a wrong decision…but no doubt, it’s been grateful to be a part of this community family, always having people show up help/support each other if you have struggled in deals.
