Without a doubt, the best community mentorship, mentor and community I’ve ever been apart of. I’ve been in the mentorship for a month and it feels as though I’ve been knowing Pace and my fellow Subto students for years. Truly an amazing and tight knit family and community

What Pace has created is something far beyond a mentorship. Being a part of this group is being a friend, a family and it's support for one another. It's a movement. There has never been anything like it, not just in regards to real estate. Being grateful for being a part of this is an understatement.

The BEST go-giving community on the planet! The blessings that Pace and this community give to each other and individuals outside the group every day is like nothing I've ever experienced. Proud to call this community family.

I am a student in Pace’s subto program and the community there is unmatched. Students will go out of their way to make sure all of your needs are taken care of and your questions are answered. There is no group like this I am highly blessed to be apart of something like this. Pace is going down as legendary in my book!

After a year of researching, talking to folks, watching countless real estate mentors, video deep dives, you name it to try and make sure I got in line with the best in the business that lined up with all I wanted to do, matched my values and mentality that would best help me reach my potential I landed with Pace and the Subto mentorship. I’m literally 2 days into joining the Subto family. Every person I have contacted with has been so supportive and genuine in there wanting to help out it’s unreal. I have long time friends and family that don’t come close to the help and love that I have received so far from this group. Pace Morby demonstrated to over 500 of us today in his group the value of community. One of our members lost money in a scam, and Pace set about making it right by first bringing all of us together. I watched a torrential downpour of support in the chat messages. There is nothing stronger than being a part of a great team than there is a community that picks up all it's pieces and glues them together.

This mentorship has given me CONFIDENCE, KNOWLEDGE POWER AND COMMUNITY I can always rely on 100% of the time.

I am becoming a whole new woman, I am happy and I love it.

I don't even know how to start this post since I am still emotional, but this morning being brand new to this community I could not be more proud to be part of it! Pace helped a student with 15,000 dollars because she was scammed by pretend lender who was recommended by another student in the community. This was a huge lesson for all of us! I am so excited to be in this community and help as many people as I can, because Pace is showing us how to be leaders and we all need to make him proud and follow his footsteps! The community is beyond amazing, since there was not one person that was not willing to help this student!

The community that Pace Morby has created in his SubTo mentorship is nothing short of amazing. I have been a part of several amazing communities, with the strongest one formerly being the martial arts/jiu jitsu tribe that I’m a part of - I used to think the camaraderie in that group was unmatched, until I joined SubTo.
I joined this group with no deals, never having spoken to a seller, and with what I felt (and still sometimes do) was little value to offer in return. Regardless, leaders in the community stepped up, gave me their time, shared knowledge with me that took them time and effort to obtain, and never ever asked for anything in return.
I now have 4 deals under my belt and I’m ready to start giving back - especially to those who are where I was at just 3-4 months ago.
This is one of the most amazing places and groups of like-minded individuals I have ever had the honor to be around. The go-giver mentality this group demands has already made me a better person, and I know that it will continue to do so. This culture is instilled from the top down. Aside from Pace, there are so many leaders and go-givers in this group. I am so fortunate, blessed, and excited to be a part of this movement!

Pace has built the best community on planet earth! I am a student and have witnessed how he has built leaders and action takers. Not only that but he just saved one of the students who got scammed by a lender for $15k. How did he save her? He gave her back the money out of his own pocket! He genuinely cares about all of us in his community! I’m am beyond blessed to be part of this mentorship 😎✌🏼 #subtoforlife
