there were several problems. I ordered a sweater. It was $170, and with all fees, it was $187 total. Not cheap. The sweater was size Medium, but it was huge. Quite uncomfortable---Very stiff. It felt more like you were wearing a large cardboard box. I have several 100% wool sweaters, and they are not at all like this one. The material itself was smelly. The quality was not there for a sweater at this price.
The return cost is enormous. The cheapest price i could find was $123. So , its a total waste . Do NOT buy from this company . I would guess, that they are buying these from Nepal, for $10-20 each, and selling them for $170. Do not support this company.

Horrible chemical smell, RANK!! I told them about it. Shipped it back. Refused to refund my money. I am out $80 + US dollars! No Beanie, no money, nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. They said it smelled like all the others. I DON'T BELIEVE THEM!! Another person got one like I did. See DEC 2024.
I am livid! I just spent all that money to buy it and send it back with specific instructions on to ship it back. Cost me almost the amount I paid for the Beanie. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! DON'T BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! BEWARE!!!

Knitted bobble hat , advertised as fleeced lined , received only half lined ,disappointed for the cost , could have purchased the same fully lined disappointed for British made 😠

Bought a hat and the smell of chemical from it was really overpowering, I was unable to wear it. Also it says fleece lined but only has a band of fleece inside not fully lined. Did email them and got nothing back. Shame as like the cow pattern.

My beautiful hat shrunk in the wash and I rang Pachamamaknitwear. They replaced my hat no questions asked. If only more companies could have this level of customer service. Would definitely recommend. Also the products are lush.

I attended an excellent yoga nidra class. Professional, caring, expertly delivered. Pachamama knows what mamas and mamas to be need. Would highly recommend their courses and resources!
