We used Pacific for Less for our honeymoon in August 2025 to Tahiti/Moorea/Bora Bora. I was nervous to start because i’d never used a travel agency before and wanted to make sure they were legit, would be responsive to problems etc. all my concerns were for nothing though we had the smoothest trip i’ve ever had. Their drivers were always ready to pick us up and super helpful, the activities we selected were a blast and hotels were great. They did a great job prepping us for what to expect, providing a menu of activities at our various resorts, suggesting and making dinner reservations and listening to our needs. I really wanted the Sofitel on Moorea for our first hotel due to their snorkeling and they put together a great trip there and to the westin on bora bora and it was cheaper than booking direct through hotels. Highly recommend!

There are a lot of companies to choose from when looking to book a trip to French Polynesia and believe me I searched them out. I ended up landing on a company Pacfic for Less. I just didn’t end up here because their prices were better than others , I primarily ended up choosing them for the gracious patient customer service. I knew nothing about French Polynesia even though I’m an experienced traveler. This place was all new to me and I needed guidance. Well Claudia from Pacfic for Less worked with me tirelessly with the itinerary we ultimately landed on. Never once did she rush me along or put me off when I had questions , concerns or just plain couldn’t make up my mind. She was informative and patient with me and so I felt safe and in good hands. I chose right , the trip we planned was a success and everything was taken care of 100 percent. Even when there was a small glitch Claudia to the rescue and all was resolved quickly. I thank her so much for making this trip so easy breezy and worry free. Pacfic for Less is a trustworthy reliable company and their agents are there for you always.

Normally I plan our trips, so this was the 1st time I used a service like Pacific for Less. There were lots of moving part in this trip and every detail was taken care of form start to finish. Claudia was so excited for us and made sure we were happy with every part of our trip. If you ever get a chance to travel to Beautiful Bora Bora ---go! but call Claudia first.

Claudia and her team at Pacific-For-Less were fantastic to work with! I've used a larger travel agency in the past to visit Moorea/Bora Bora and had a great experience as well, but with the PFL Team, I felt more connected on a personal level and like part of their family. The PFL team not only listens to your expectations and travel desires (what you want out of your trip), but also takes your budget into consideration with helping customize your trip to French Polynesia. The add-on of Customs Fast-Pass was well worth the few extra dollars to avoid long lines after an 8 hour flight at 5am local time. PFL is great to work with especially if you have airline miles and are comfortable booking your own flights to/from the U.S. to Papeete.....they take care of everything else. No question I will be using Pacific-For-Less again in the near future and have already referred them to a few friends looking to visit the most beautiful part of the world!

The ladies at Pacific for Less did a fabulous job arranging a dream vacation to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. They worked with our available budget and travel needs to build us a smooth itinerary. Our stay at the St. Regis was absolutely amazing and we can't wait to go back one day.

Cathi did magic massaging our available dates into something that fit our busy work schedules, and then made recommendations to make it fit our budget. She took the time to listen to our feedback after the trip, as well.

Monika was a pleasure to work with making arrangements for our dinner reservations and off-resort excursions. She was incredibly knowlegable with the ins and outs of the excursions she recommends, and took time to promptly answer all my crazy questions.

And finally, Jeanna was a pleasure to work with helping us set up monthly payments to help keep the trip from being such a jolt to our family budget.

Claudia and her team made our dream vacation absolutely perfect. We spent our anniversary at the St Regis and the Westin. Pacific for Less took care of ALL of the details. We realized to what extent after we arrived, and everything was just taken care of. We literally didn't have to do anything except enjoy ourselves. Every recommendation made by PFL materialized to be the perfect option. The St Regis is top notch. The property is beautiful but the service - wow. You'll never experience better or a more personalized service than you do here. The Westin had breathtaking views, and everything was still brand new and beautiful. When thinking French Polynesian, forget Costco and use Pacific for Less. They will not disappoint!

We have been to Bora Bora over 10 times and while I am capable of planning my own vacation, I ALWAYS use PACIFIC FOR LESS when traveling to French Polynesia! Cathi is my go to resort planner. This trip she booked us 5 adjacent villas at Le Bora Bora hotel for our staff retreat, making sure we spent as much time on island and as little time lingering in the airport. Her colleague Monika seamlessly arranged 3 scuba days, nightly dinners, tours, jet skis and sunset cruises for 13 people. When we arrived, the Concierge had it all down and we were free to just enjoy without stress! The icing on the cake was a late checkout from the Royal Villa. This allowed our group to enjoy the last day and shower before our 7 pm departure. Thanks to the PFL Team for making our stay smooth and memorable!

From the initial consultation appointment with Cathi, I could tell that Pacific for Less would be a great agency to work with! Cathi listened to what I was looking for in French Polynesia accommodations. She was so helpful and even suggested a second island to visit, which was such a great decision (Taha'a!)! Even after booking the trip, the team at Pacific for Less were great at reaching out with additional information I might need and were very quick to respond to any questions I had. I thoroughly appreciated that I was provided with the owner's (Claudia) contact information for use on the trip if I needed anything after hours. I ended up experiencing a few hiccups on the trip at one of the resorts and Claudia was so quick to respond and resolve the issue. I was thoroughly impressed! After the trip was complete, Cathi reached out to see how the trip went which was a great touch. I have nothing but great things to say about the whole team at Pacific for Less!

Always having dreamed going to the south Pacific and seen in Bora Bora we finally decided to make the dream come true for our 40th wedding anniversary. Someone on Facebook referred to Pacific For Less and I decided to give them a try. Claudia was a wealth of information and gave us some great advice. We got a very fair price and we got a lot of little add-ons that made a big difference. My wife and I just got back from an 11 day trip to French Polynesia that Pacific for Less planned for us. It was simply amazing! Sure, Bora Bora and Moorea are beautiful, so that's why we had a perfect trip, right? It's 2025 - why use a travel agency when you can book flights and hotels online on your own? Trust me, there is no way my trip would have been as nice or at the price I got it for without Pacific for Less. They had a call with me to understand what I wanted and what my budget was. They heard what I had to say, made a few recommendations based on all of their knowledge, and then gave me options for hotels, room types, transfers, excursions, etc. Once I picked what we wanted, they took care of everything. Every single thing they booked for us went exactly as planned. Every transfer driver was early, had all of our information, and was courteous. This was my wife's first international trip and having everything prearranged and go seamlessly made her so comfortable and allowed us to enjoy the beauty of French Polynesia. And there is no way I could have come close to the package pricing they got for me by booking the hotels directly on my own. They are knowledgeable, professional, responsive, courteous, pay attention to every detail, and are darn good at what they do. The owner even gives you her personal cell number to contact if anything goes wrong. But the trip went so perfectly, I never even thought about digging that up. Trust me - use Pacific for Less. I 1000% guarantee you will be glad you did.

Choice of hotel. Beautuful properties. People at the hotel were gracious and accommodating. Everything being arranged for us made it more relaxing. Knowing we had someone to call if there were any issues. We had absolutely the best time.

What an excellent experience. This was our second time working with Pacific for Less and like last time this experience was also amazing. For us this was a family trip and Claudia was very helpful in suggesting possible itineraries and stays keeping in mind that we are traveling with kids. We stayed at St Regis in Bora Bora and that was a great experience largely Thanks to Pacific for Less as they work with the resort in background to ensure that all your needs are addressed. Once the itinerary was planned, Monika stepped in to enhance that by adding excursions and activities. She is also very courteous and demonstrated flexibility during the process. During the trip also both Claudia and Monika were always available to answer questions, provide tips etc. The overall planning is thorough and organized including documents they provide with tips and FAQs that come in handy. Very few companies focus on personal attention to their clientele and this sure is one of them. If you want to have a trip of a lifetime to French Polynesia, I very highly recommend Pacific for Less.

My husband and I have just returned from a “bucket list” trip to French Polynesia. We travel extensively and have always planned our own trips. Unfamiliar with traveling through the islands, I reluctantly settled on trusting the team at Pacific For Less to create our dream vacation. After one interview with us, they were able to develop an itinerary that far exceeded our expectations. All of the many transfers (vans, ferries and inter island planes) were waiting for us on time and with our reservations in hand. The 4 hotels selected were beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for. We were provided with an after hours phone number for booking issues. We have used Pacific for Less on two trips to the South Pacific. They are very knowledgeable about Tahiti and all of the islands. Our new favorite island is Tikehau. It is small and remote, but very beautiful. LeTikehau was a great resort to stay at. As well as all of the Pearl Resorts.

We booked our trip through the "Pacific for Less to Bora Bora"  French Polynesia.  We stayed at the Weston and St. Regis for our Honeymoon and to celebrate my wife's birthday. 

There was a change that had to be made.  We contacted Pacific for Less.   Ms. Claudia  immediately sprang into action.  She was amazing and if there was ever a Wonder Woman of the Travel agent business it has to be her.  I do not give out praise easily but she has mastered her craft and is definitely at the top of her game.

In my opinion, this wonderful vacation would not have been as enjoyable or as memorable if we had used an internet based travel service.   I would not go anywhere else for travel arrangements or advice except to Pacific for Less.
