Going to the French Polynesian and more specifically going to Bora Bora for my honeymoon has been my dream for the last 10 years. Even when I was single, I saved vacation packages in my phone in preparation for this trip of a lifetime. When I was told about Pacific For Less, I was skeptical because the price and ease of booking the trip sounded to good to be true. I am happy to say that working with the Pacific For Less team is even better than I could have imagined!

My wife and I went to Moorea and Bora Bora at the suggestion of Pacific For Less and we’re so glad we did. The French Polynesian is one of the most beautiful places we have ever been and we are already talking about going back for a future anniversary.

We highly recommend using Pacific for Less. They take care of all the nuances of travel to Tahiti, get you VIP experiences like skipping the line at customs, and they do all this at a fraction if what it would have cost to book on your own.

Communication is excellent. Anything & everything requested was taken care of quickly. Loved having the agent meet us at the gate after a long flight and whisk us through security. Our flight got in over an hour early so we didn't expect to see anyone. But there was a sign with our name and a smiling person ready to help.

They know the South Pacific very well and helped us put together a wonderful itinerary. The price of the trip was significantly less than other travel agencies that we talked with. We had a top notch experience and found the Pacific For Less staff very helpful in advising us as well as assisting us when one of our inter island flights got cancelled. Very responsive. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

The whole team at Pacific For Less was wonderful to work with and guided us every step of the way as we planned this bucket list trip. All of the small details, from being greeted at the airport in Tahiti, to receiving beautiful leis at all of the airports and hotels, to the amazing shark/ray excursion made this an extremely memorable trip. I learned about this company after joining a Facebook group dedicated to people planning trips to bora bora. I told the representative I was planning my honeymoon trip to bora bora and also wanted to visit moorea. I already knew I wanted to book an overwater bungalow and stay at le bora bora. They quoted me a price and when they beat the price quoted by Costco, I knew I would stick with them for my travel arrangements. They were always extremely responsive whenever I had any questions about payment options or setting up excursions. They also insisted that it was worth the additional price to stay an extra night in Bora Bora and they were so right!!! The VIP service they arranged at the airport was awesome when we first arrived, and they assisted me with setting up a day spa day at one of the other resorts. I am definitely booking with them the next time I go to bora bora (which will hopefully be in 5 years) and would highly recommend their service to anyone.

Claudia and her team handled all the details and guided our family of 9 to the St. Regis, which was the right place for us. Would definitely use them for future travel!

Claudia and the entire Pacific-For-Less team were incredibly helpful in booking and during our wonderful trip. They were always available to answer my many questions before the trip, and they were ready to help with anything during our trip.

We have just returned from a blissful nine days at the St. Regis Bora Bora. We used Pacific For Less (PFL) for our first trip to Bora Bora 11 years ago and did not hesitate to use Claudia and her staff again. PFL handled all the details of our stay and were so easy to work with. The week before our departure, Air Tahiti Nui went on strike. Claudia kept us updated as to the status of the strike and what was being done during the strike to aid travelers. Even though it was out of her hands, it was reassuring to hear updates from Claudia regarding this situation. Claudia texted or called us daily (sometimes more than once per day) during the strike but the best communication was when she let us know the strike had ended and we would be on our way to Bora Bora as planned. Friends of ours were scheduled to be in Bora Bora the week prior to our departure and they used a big box travel agency who did not alert them that Air Tahiti Nui was on strike. This couple flew to Los Angeles from their home in Louisiana only to discover the airline was on strike once they arrived at LAX.

Once we arrived in Tahiti, PFL had staff to greet us and escort us through customs, luggage retrieval and guide us to our inter island flight. This was an added bonus as the wait for customs was quite lengthy. We breezed right through. Upon check in at the St. Regis Bora Bora, there were no surprises. Everything at the resort was as described and promised. I have no doubt that if we needed assistance, Claudia and her staff would have taken care of our needs.

I would highly recommend Pacific For Less and hope to be able to use them for our next trip to Bora Bora!!!

So glad we used Pacific for Less to help us book our 10 year anniversary. Everyone who helped us (from Claudia, Jeanna, Monika) was really great and very responsive. Every detail was fine tuned beyond our expectations. You’d think traveling with 3 kids to BoraBora / Tahiti would be hard, but they made sure all our accommodations was great (including our air travel!) Their recommendations (restaurants, snorkeling trip) were also great. It’s like they really make sure you won’t think of anything else the moment you let them book for you. Most importantly, a shout out to Claudia who has been a great help to our little hiccup coming back to the US. She really went beyond and above. Highly recommend PFL and hope we can use them again for a travel in the next few years. You won’t regret it!

Best trip ever!! Pacific for less was the travel agent we chose based on their excellent reputation. They booked everything on our behalf. They were great with getting back to us in a timely manner. They took in consideration what we wanted to do and our budget to help plan the perfect vacation for us. From the time we landed in Tahini our needs were met. We were met with a flower necklace when we landed and we were helped through customs. Pacific for less booked our dinner reservations for us as well. We stayed at the St. Regis Resort and it was nothing less than amazing. From start to finish Pacific for Less and St. Regis delivered an amazing vacation for my husband’s and I 20th anniversary. Pacific for Less did an amazing job end to end on our one week anniversary trip to Bora Bora at the St. Regis. Not only do I not think I could have booked the same vacation myself for the same price as I received through PFL, but to boot they made us feel super special the entire time. The team stayed in close contact via email, text and phone with us throughout the entire booking experience from the initial booking, to handling all of the on island activities and dinner reservations, to also answering any questions we had while on island and with a debrief meeting at the end. All of our trip went exactly as planned and flawlessly. Booking through PFL means you can just do what you want when you travel to this part of the world: relax. There were so many highlights but being greeted and whisked through the Tahiti airport as if we were some sort of special VIPs after two very long flights to get there was itself worth booking for PFL even if they did nothing else (and they did so much more). They have great knowledge, recommendations, customer service and pricing. We wish we could duplicate the PFL experience for other trips we have in the future outside of French Polynesia, they were that good. We have traveled quite a bit and this was the best experience ever. We usually handle our own travel arrangements but knew this would be a lot to try to handle with the interisland flights, dinner reservations, and excursions and we are so glad and fortunate to have found PFL to do it all.

During the consultation call, we discussed our budget, dates, and itinerary. The next day we received a preliminary quote and itinerary. After several discussions, we made some changes based on their recommendations and we booked our ONCE IN A LIFETIME TRIP to Moorea, Taha’a and Bora Bora. Pacific For Less (Jennifer, Monika and Jeanna) took care of EVERYTHNG – they booked our flights, inter-island transportation, reserved our resorts, excursions, and dinners. From the moment we landed, we had VIP service provided by their local tour company (Marama Tours). They greeted us and escorted us to the front of the line through immigration and on to the ferry shuttle transfer. From the beginning to the end of our 10-night trip, everything was impeccable! The Hilton Moorea Lagoon Resort & Spa and Le Taha’a by Pearl Resorts were great resorts. But the St. Regis Bora Bora Resort was truly breathtaking!!! Our overwater bungalow suite villa with the Otemanu view was FANTASTIC! The only regret we have is not staying longer especially at the St. Regis Resort.

Cathi and her team are very professional in helping me plan our honeymoon. Everything was flawless and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing during the vacation. No hidden fee and we pretty much customized the trip based on what we wanted. they were not pushy in booking our activities, they provided as many options and we decide. We asked questions when we were unsure and they are always quick in responding to our queries. Definitely a big help and highly recommended.

I really recommend using Pacific For Less if you want to book a fabulous trip to French Polynesia! This was a surprise gift for my husband that I was planning for almost 2 years, (had to change it the first time due to the pandemic), and so it had to be changed completely once. Thanks to them, it all came together perfectly!

I took her advice on several things and was happy that I did! She also checked in with me upon our return and really cared about our experience and wanted to make sure everything went well.
She did a great job at getting us fabulous rooms! We had such great overwater bungalows - really they could not have been any better. Exceptionally good rooms!!!

And the welcome gift in our room was such a sweet touch. I also received a surprise gift on my birthday night! Such nice touches from the owner of Pacific For Less.

And last but NOT least, they beat the prices I had found on my own. I had booked with The Four Seasons directly before discovering Pacific For Less. So I cancelled my reservation and let them book it for me, as well as Le Taha'a, and I was really glad I did! (Who doesn't like saving money? :)

Literally my ONLY suggestion/complaint to them is to in the future make sure the tour guides on the expeditions speak some English and have the correct flipper/snorkel sizes. That was the ONLY glitch in the whole trip (snorkel mask leaked in Taha'a and flippers were way to big in Bora Bora. Next time we will bring our own snorkel masks).
But everything else was PERFECTION! All in all it was a really positive experience and we will use them again when we return to these magical islands! 5 stars!!!!
