Scam company, they used to be called American Design Studio. Changed their name to Pacific Logo Designs. They create logos using AI and then try to scam you for extra money to get your logo 'Trademarked'. Then they come up with other BS, and extra fees before they can do that with no proof that they submitted anything. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

This company is a total ripoff, please no one do business with them because they going to constantly hound you for more money and don’t complete out your website to your satisfaction. They tell you stuff you want to hear, but as soon as you notice something wasn’t done that you requested and it was included in the quote, they back door and ask for additional money for plugs etc. Keep in mind the request wasn’t fulfilled and was included in the quote. Also they tell you your website is complete, but keep all types of templates on the site. No hyperlinks to fb, instagram, TikTok. The only reason I have FB and TikTok hyperlinks because I had to bring it to their attention and guess what instagram still don’t have a Hyperlink. My afterpay not link for my customer to finance. I can go on and on…but I know everyone gets it. PLEASE DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE. SCAMMERS… that’s all I can say. I had to get a lawyer today, because they shut down my website, because I wasn’t allowing them to constantly keep scamming me out of my money!! BE AWARE… the worse experience of my life!!

After spending a few thousand dollars with them over the last couple of years, they are asking for 2K more to fix the website. I asked to send me master files because I was moving over to someone else so they want 1K for that. These folks are con artist.

SCAM. FRAUD. WXTORTION. Stay away or they will never GO AWAY. They will blow your phone up and lie to you 30 times A DAY!!!!!! Most horrible behavior I’ve ever witnessed in business.

Fraudsters for sure! They just keep coming back for more money on unnecessary features and services. They trap you in the last moment by shutting down your website and you can't say no to renew because you need your website up and running.

I spent several thousand $ in a year already for my basic website. What a scammers these guys are. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with these jokers for next 10 years because they made me.

In August 2023 I was contacted by Eugene Anderson and Nick Myers of Pacific Logo Designs 510-240-5034 about creating a logo and website for my business . My logo was created an approved but I have yet to receive my website . I paid in full in September 2023 for both services ( logo and website ) . The total amount paid was 2,104 . I’ve requested since December 2022 for the company to submit what’s was left so that I could have someone else finish the work but the company continues to delay and/or not respond. I’m asking the state to intervene and assist in retrieving my refund as they have already cause irreparable harm in the delay of the website creation in turn delaying our business launch for several months now due to no website presence. I have several attempts each month to resolve this issues and this company continues to ignore me and my request. I’m asking for a full refund at this time due to non compliance and non performance. Thank you .

Working with the team at Pacific Logo Designs was very easy to do. They were receptive to changes that I wanted made and were quick to respond. Being in different time zones caused a bit of a challenge communicating at times, they were understanding and usually contacted me first thing in the morning to make it easier. I would rate my experience a 10/10.

I liked the fact that they actually took the time to communicate with me throughout the whole process from start to end. Also, made sure that I satisfied with everything that was being done. This company has everything you need if you’re looking for a logo to be done right. They’re fast and reliable and their patience is unreal. THANK YOU ALL AGAIN FOR AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE.
