Return process simple. Shorts were as described

Please don't order any item from Pacificozy. The website looks legitimate, but this is a scam of a company. I ordered shorts which were very low quality when I received. I quickly asked for a return label, but no return available. Very sketchy. This place needs to be put out of business!

The order process was simple and easy. Prices were very good.

Don't be fooled by the pictures! Their clothing has no use except to pollute the planet. My husband ordered two pair of shorts for $37.99 each, they took about 3 weeks to arrive and when he finally received them we were laughing to not cry.
The fabric was the cheaper thinner polyester that is will rip if you pulled just a little bit. The pockets had different sewn one side longer than the other, so I couldn't put my hand in, on the inside the stitches were crocked there were wholes in between.
1. They claim to be a USA manufacturer, BS they are in China
2. When I contacted them first time, they asked for photos of the shorts, then they offered me 10% refund and keep the items. From there we went backs and forwards 20 times, I am in FL and the email responses come only at night time.
I was clear from the beginning I'll only accept a total refund but every email they were increasing the percentage for a partial refund to 45% and that is how they make money. I told them to F**** off and I said I work for Amex and I'll make sure Visa, Amex, Mastercard and Paypal won't accept payments for them, so they finally gave up and refund me the total cost of the garbage but I lost the delivery cost.
Never mind, the lesson is, don't trust 5* reviews and nice images, products advertised on Instagram are fake, garbage or scam. I also had a bad experience with Karl Lagerfeld Paris, I thought I was buying nice clothes, I was terribly wrong.
Never buy from a company that it doesn't have phone contact or physical address, anyone can scam you very easy.

I tried to buy a shirt & shorts together but somehow it separated the shirt purchase from the shorts purchase! CAN YOU PLEASE SHIP THEM TOGETHER AND REFUND ONE OF THE SHIPPING CHARGES!??! I hope you understand and will help me out?

If I could give it 0 stars I would!! Pacificozy is straight trash!! It’s so cheap and really shows that’s it comes from China. Do not order anything from them, I promise you will be really disappointed that you paid 37.99 for a pair of shorts that look so cheap like dollar tree cheap lol and don’t expect to return for a refund because they will only offer you 20% of what you paid or an exchange if you pay 10.00 per item for shipping!! Total Rip Off

Order received 6 weeks later... wrong item, cheap fugazy substitute made to deceive.

The two items I ordered were of low quality and didn’t fit. They replied that I could keep them and they would reimburse me for 20%. They don’t offer shipping on return. Don’t buy from them. I wish I had read this website before I purchased. It’s a scam. I feel like I should have just burned the 80.00.

Do not buy anything from this company. There items look nothing like what is in the picture. Poor quality and even worse customer service. Will never look at this company again and have told all family and friends to avoid

Complete chinese shell game complete with fake shipping notices...BEWARE

Cheap crap. They do not adhere to their return policy and DO NOT accept returns/refunds

I ordered 3 shirts, they never came. After many back-and-forths with the company, they showed me a pictutre and address of the delivery. It was not my house, it was 50 miles away! They said they would re-ship the order if I sent them more money. This company it a total scam.

A terrible experience, nothing as shown, wrong shirt wrong color. I will give the shirts to goodwill.

Scam!! Do not buy anything from this company. I ordered 2 shirts from them. The shipping took over 2 months. Once I finally received the shirts, they were very poor quality and way too small. The colors were not even close to the ones that I ordered. Very faded and had white streaks. Company will not refund your money. They know they are scamming you!!

This is where Facebook should do some fact checking. Nothing in this company's ads, photos, return policy or size chart is remotely accurate. Buyer beware.

I have 2 shirts that are too small...I don't like the fit so I want to return them...The company started at they would give me 20% back and keep the shirts..next 30% then it went to 35%. I don't want the shirts...I want my money back...It was over $60. Do not purchase from this company. they will keep your money and not allow you to return your product that you don't want!
