Lewis Roberts assisted via the webchat and was very helpful, i look forward to quotes arriving

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED TO USE THEM. During the order process, they are super active and revert quickly. Once the payment is done, they keep giving excuses for delay and stop replying to any of the mails / calls. They are not a real company, do not buy from them! DAISY IS THE PERSON HANDLING MY ORDER.

Lewis Roberts was very professional, polite and helpful. It made the experience easy! Thank you

Fantastic experience with Packaging Bee from start to finish! I am launching an e-commerce business and required various items of custom packaging. I had spoken to several other companies but they were all either very expensive and/or I was not impressed with the service. However, from the first enquiry to Packaging Bee, our contact (Daisy) was incredibly helpful, efficient, and professional. We are so happy with the end result and the prices are very reasonable.

Arranged a quotation and product examples today. I received a first-class service from Lewis Robert. Really helpful, and fast to respond.

Lewis was very helpful, having patience with me as I wasn't to clear in what I needed.

What started off as a general search around for gift boxes led to me having a very useful chat with Lewis Roberts regarding my gift box requirements. Unfortunately because I am away from my studio at the moment, I wasn't able to give him my full requirements i.e. measurements etc but I will be back once I have gathered all the information I need to discuss this with him further. I wasn't expecting such a pleasant and helpful interaction when I dropped onto this website.

Lewis Roberts was very helpful in getting a quote done quickly for me
