I have the same product (Aquagride Blackfoot 130).
I use it every weekend and it's been 4 years since I ordered it, so I wanted to replace it.
I appreciate the quick response from customer support.
It was international shipping, but they responded quickly to my estimate of the shipping cost.
After paying online, it arrived from GB to JP in just 3 days.
I ordered it on a Monday, and I was able to use it over the weekend.

Had a small problem with my new kayak…
Had a small problem with my new kayak but dealt with Conor who was very approachable and keen to help resolve the issue. Always contactable by phone and email and kept me updated whilst sending out a replacement bladder. You can have problems wherever you purchase from but it’s how they respond in sorting the issues out that matters, oh and they were the best price as well so I would highly recommend using this company.

Best store support I've ever had
Best store support I've ever had, the two persons I have talked to (Conor and Scott) gave always quick response to all my questions. You get what you pay, but at the best price.
Most important thing I learned with this experience, these guys respect the costumer.
