A loyal P&S 'family' member !!
I have been a P&S 'family' member for a few year. Really enjoyed the South American beans but always come back to Made with Love or lunch Box. The decaff is a firm favourite too, my wife won't drink anything else. So we are loyal customers, keep up the great work both here and with the growers!
Box was a bit crushed but the contents unharmed. To be expected from DPD in some ways...

Delivery time not met.
Ordered on 19th to take out to friend in Rhodes on 25th. Allegedly express delivery 1-3 days. Still had not arrived when we left for Rhodes on 25th. Why promise a delivery time if you can't meet it.
Dont usually do dirty washing in public, but Sent an email to complain, have had no response.

This is great coffee and the coffee bags mean that on a train or in a hotel you can still have a decent coffee. I always have them in my bag. The online shop works really well and it seems like a good respectful company.

Frustrating bags to open
I order coffee bags regularly, mainly for convenience on a boat and in a campervan. They’re great.
However opening the outer package on the individual bags is an incredibly frustrating experience and most times I have to resort to finding scissors. Such a shame when everything else about the product is top notch.

Usually good, but not this time.
*Edit* No idea what happened with the previous box. I was contacted by Paddy &Scotts who offered a full refund and replacement box to be sent out. 3 bags from the new box show this was just a weird anomaly and we are back to their usual quality!
Ive bought plenty of subscriptions of their coffee bags in the past and there is sometimes a slight change in flavour which I just put down to different beans, different roast etc.
This time around, they taste stale. Downright unpleasant.

Outstanding.Loved the bird poo on front door & windows.Lovely rubbish,cigarette butts,crusty tissues,dirty tables and weeds on shop patio.Even better was the £4.25 milkshake,didn't think they could get cups that small,brilliant.The lady's behind the counter were friendly & polite,it's not there fault.
Please don't send me some rubbish link that you can hide behind.How about a contact number with a human being on the other end.Just a idea.Maybe put a sign up so customers can find the toilet instead of wandering around hallways trying to find the facilities. How do the management of these company's keep their jobs.Is it really that hard to dismiss useless management "teams".

After tasting this experience whilst staying in a hotel recently I had to have a box when I returned from my break away.
Very happy at the results from Paddy-and Scott’s fresh coffee pouches experience , they are quick for a fresh coffee experience without using a coffee pot.

Poor delivery by Royal Mail
Great product but shame about the Royal Mail delivery as throwing over rear gates for our dogs to receive is not the best.
Lucky for us we managed to salvage before the dogs fully open parcel.
