I bought a gift for a birthday present and unfortunately I bought the wrong size by mistake.
However, they were so helpful and supporting that cancelled the order even before it arrived at my house, and sent me the correct size. So graceful that it arrived on time for the birthday party.

Ordered a padel racket from Padel Trade and couldn’t be happier with the service. Arrived next day as promised, they even threw in a pack of balls which was a great touch.
What really stood out was the personal side, a handwritten note in the box and really helpful, polite responses when I messaged them on WhatsApp.
You can tell they actually care about their customers, not just the sale. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.

I ordered from Padel Trade for the first time and was honestly really impressed. The website is easy to use and the products feel properly selected, you can tell they focus on quality rather than just offering loads of random items.
The delivery was quick, the packaging looked great, and they even included a small handwritten card, which was such a nice surprise. It made the whole experience feel much more personal, like you’re buying from people who actually care.
Customer service was also super responsive when I had a quick question before ordering. Overall, I’m really happy with everything and I’ll definitely be ordering again.
