made an order on the 28th Jun and it was shipped to an address in Spain despite the fact that the ship to address is Saudi Arabia. tried to communicate via email and whatsapp too many time ms but no response. I noticed that the weight of the shipment is less than a bound. I ordered a tennis racket + 24 cases of tennis balls. no way the weight is less than a bound. this store is fraud.. don’t buy from

Scam website. I ordered a pair of shoes and cancelled the order the next day. They replied ‘cancelled’, but the delivery was still confirmed on the website. A day later, I received an email saying the package had been delivered in Spain, even though I live in France

Terrible company
Terrible company. Took my money for an order but never shipped it, never returned my emails. Still waiting for my money back. Horrible experience. Have now opened a dispute through Mastercard. My advice to you? DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU'LL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Horrible Performance
My delivery, customer number #PP1648S was send by UPS to Europe (Spain). Due to missing information UPS send the item back in transit.
After continous efforts to contact PadelProStore i have not received a response nor a refund. This is 3 month pending. Horrible service and total dishonest behaviour

Poor refund policy
After getting confirmation from customer service that my refund had been processed and been made on the 23 Dec 24, I am yet to receive it 8 Mar 25. Their refund policy say one will receive a refund in 30 days . I have 4 emails since then saying they will look into it . My order number is #PP1646s. If they are struggling to return $410 I would be cautious about ordering from Padelprostore.com. Unhappy customer.
