I would never use this company again. It took 3 days to get my photos back which delayed the listing all weekend. I requested several adjustments and have yet to hear back from them and it's been 24 hours.
My biggest complaint is the lack of appropriate shadows under and around the furniture. It makes the photos fake and clearly staged.

I used this company a few years back. The photos came back fine, but it took an inordinately long time to get them back. I indicated that in my review.

I was then contacted by PadStyler about the negative part of my review. They asked me to make it more positive and if I did that…they would thank me by giving me my next staging request free.

I contacted them this week about the arrangement and was told to contact someone via email. I did this…emailed and also called. I was assured I would hear back. I never did.

Instead, I used BoxBrownie. Much more responsive.

I am sorry I altered my first review, but I felt I would give them another try. They were still disappointing. Finally, any of the positives reviews may well have started as negative, but may have been altered too at their request.

Just wanted to drop a note about my recent experience. Gotta say, not impressed at all! 🙁 Despite the promise of a satisfaction guarantee, my complaints were shrugged off, and no refund came my way for this virtual staging. Oh, and let's talk about patience — waiting over 24 hours for order delivery? And don't even get me started on the quality of the pics. They looked like they were done in a rush by unskilled person. The images delivered were of notably poor quality, falling short of industry standards.

Honestly, I can't recommend Padstyler. I wish I had read some of their reviews before I wasted my money!

They always get the staging back to me quickly and incorporate items perfectly. Very impressed.

I placed my first order 2 days ago. I chose Padstyler because they advertised 24-hour turnaround. I spoke with someone on their chat feature yesterday and was told they were aggressively working my order and I would receive it by the end of the day. I did not receive. I called the "Contact Us" number this morning and had to leave a message. I used the "chat" feature which stated that they were "live" and waiting to assist. It's been over 20 minutes and no one has responded to the chat. I submitted a request through their "Contact Us" and still no response. I am disappointed and frustrated. I told my client she would have photos yesterday and I have not delivered. This is NOT the level of service I give my customers. Partnerships are critical to provide an "exceed expectations" customer experience so needless to say I will not be partnering with Padstyler again.

The quality of work is very ugly. They use the same tacky items in different rooms for the same house. They tote themselves as the best, which is false. If you are looking for a stager with any talent to virtually stage, look elsewhere.

Using PadStyler was simple. First time ever using virtual staging. They were quick and available by phone.

Prompt service. I don't think they get the instructions I make. When I make a request for revisions it takes a couple of days over the first 24 hours from the initial order. On 2 orders.

This was the second time I have used PadStyler. I get my photos back very fast. However, I was not completely satisfied with the way the photos looked on this particular set of rooms. I worked with my representative for some alternatives and he made them for me. I was very happy with the outcome.

Fast service! Quick fixes if/when I want things changed! Competitive pricing! Easy to use website! Certainly WAY MORE affordable than actual staging!
