I was chasing a present for my sister-in-law and had a couple of sneaky pictures of her dogs as puppies and wanted to get them made into a portrait; the team at paint my pooch were upfront that these pictures wouldn’t produce a great result and as, at the time, I had no other photos they quickly refunded my money. Luckily, for once in my life, I was on the front foot and had a bit of time to get better photos of the dogs. I got some new photos taken a couple of months later and the team turned them into an amazing portrait. I was kept informed the whole way through the process which turned out to be quick and painless with a really short turn around. I could not be happier with both the service and results.

I looked around for the perfect gift for my sister who recently lost her beautiful dog in such a tragic way. Anyway came across this site and saw their paintings and I knew then, this was the gift I wanted. Sent them a picture of the dog, they sent me a proof, which looked absolutely amazing so gave them the go ahead! Didn't take long before I received the actual painting in a frame, I was blown away with the final result and i cant wait for my sister to receive this beautiful and treasured memory of her beloved dog.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough, its been such an easy and quick process all the way but the end result is where it counts and this company definitely came through with their promise of capturing the unique charm and character of your pet.
This company is Australian, which is always a bonus for me, and as usual I did do the 'look around' and found a few other companies that do similar paintings, but the majority were overseas companies and comparing their paintings, I just didn't get the 'wow' factor from any of them!

The four portraits I purchased were gorgeous.

Not only am I over the moon with the product that was produced by Paint My Pooch, the service was impeccable. They responded to all of my questions, ensured that I understood what all of my options were, and did not aggressively upsell on any items. More importantly, when I received my print (without a frame) it was damaged by the shipper. PainMyPooch worked with their printer to produce a new version and I had it the next day!

I got 2 portraits done for my cousins 21st, her cat and horse are her world and she was over the moon! The quality is amazing and the service was fast, everything was easy to complete on the website. I didn’t have a good photo for one of the portraits and the team were quick to email me and let me know. Very friendly! Highly recommend and will use them again

After losing our almost 18 year old, much loved little dog we wanted a special way to keep his memory with us every day. Paint My Pooch has done that and more. I received my framed picture of my beloved Holly who crossed over the rainbow bridge, it was perfect the artists were very helpful in making it perfect, changing the background colour to suit the photo.
The costs are more than reasonable and worth every cent.
I would use them again and highly recommend them as the go to people if you want the perfect memory.

Couldn't be happier with the results of my pet portraits! The team was quick to respond with a preview and absolutely nailed the designs. Delivery was quick and the frames are good quality. I can highly recommend their work.

Bloody awful service, charged for a portrait, never arrived, in the end I got a digital download which was featureless, no depth in the image.
I did better using free cartoon software.
Avoid like the plague.
It's a shame I can't attach the bloody awful picture.

Our beautiful cat was taken from us at the tender age of 3. This way she is always with me. The case itself is of high quality and the image is beautiful. I'm glad I found this company,

I had an awful experience with Paint My Pooch. My order was intended as a Christmas gift, but it arrived 1.5 months late. Despite knowing Canada Post had been on strike for over a month prior to my order, they still chose to use them for shipping. To make matters worse, the mug I ordered arrived broken. When I contacted their customer service, they refused to issue a full refund, which was extremely disappointing. This was one of the worst sales experiences I’ve ever had, and their customer service was completely unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Avoid them at all costs!
