Honestly worst experience dealing with Paint Plot. I ordered my painting 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Specifically ordered from here due to their websites reported fast dispatch/shipping times. It took them 2 weeks to even dispatch my order and over a week for Australia post to get it to me (I still haven’t received it). I have emailed Paint Plot Australia a few times and they have given half baked responses “sorry about the delay” without ever giving clear timeframes to expect the order. I can’t rate the actual product as I still don’t have it - but I can’t imagine it’s worth the headache. There are other Australian companies selling paint by numbers, honestly just purchase elsewhere.

I ordered 4 DIY painting kits but only received 1 after as much as 6 months (it is terrible quality too). I contacted them and they refuse to refund the money because they insist that they sent all 4 paintings at once (which has to be a lie, hence I only received 1). BIG TIME SCAM!!!

I ordered from this company and never received anything. I repeatedly asked for a refund but was told I needed to send their product back (which again, never received). Eventually a different customer rep (there was a new name every time) agreed to give me a refund but said they were not able to as it had been more than 6 months. I told them to simply send me back my $ via PayPal. I was finally issued a refund and thought the whole thing was over. A month after, they disputed my refund saying it was an unauthorized transaction. It was sent from Mike (the so called owner) Paypal. I had to contact Paypal about it and they eventually decided in my favor but it took nearly a year & some legal fights to get a refund. Save your time and money. This entire company is fraudulent & looking into the company, it doesn't even seem real. I've already reported this "company" to the FTC and the Australia gov. Also looking into the company more, the company isn't even ran by a "Mike or Tova". It's ran by Rebecca Keogh who isn't ever mentioned on their website.

They sent our shipment to a different city. We were told we’d have to contact the post office. This was after months of waiting. Several more months pass and we get a damaged box with thin canvas. So out of 3 we got 1.

I order 4 paintings and they got shipped the next day. But because of covid there is a long wait time, but that is not their fault. My order seemed at one point to be stuck. I wrote to their customer service and they were a great help. The painting took about 1 and ½ month to arrive but it was worth the wait. The paintings are amazing and have a great quality.

I gave 2 stars only because they were able to track my order in the post, however the quality is TERRIBLE. I decided to order an 'expensive' PBN as a treat to myself for a birthday, however the quality is worse than a cheap one I got from AliExpress. The print is skewed (as if the canvas was moved while the pattern was being printed or a cheap printer was used). When I complained i was just told i got the correct one. Ok it's correct I didn't dispute that but it's terrible quality and I am disappointer both in the quality and the lack of companies care to try to 'make it right' to keep me as a customer.

Yes it takes forever to arrive but I love the end product. And it comes with a frame and all the paint and the brushes. I have ordered from them four or five times now and love them.

This company is a scam! I ordered 3 months ago and never received it! They continued to say it was on the way and will not refund my money! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

We placed an order for three sets. We received a very enthusiastic email response which said the order information would be sent soon. Three weeks later we have not any information. I have called sent and sent emails and the only action Paintplot has done is charge my credit card. I don’t think this is a legitimate company as the phone number doesn’t reach a company. I will bd reporting them to the BBB and credit card as a fraudulent company.
