I’ve ordered from Paintwithnumbers three times and I’m really happy with all three purchases. For my third painting, I was initially sent the wrong size of canvas, which they then replaced. Charlie (their contact help person) was great. Great service & good products 🙂

Terrible ! Stay away !!! It is over a month since my order ! It is showing as shipped and been in customs since the 11th June !
The company avoid answering emails, if they do it’s just nonsense about here is your tracking number .

They promise fast delivery but in actuality they ship from china !

Absolutely livid with the abysmal service from Paint with Numbers. My order never arrived, and trying to get any information from them was like pulling teeth. Their communication is an absolute joke – non-existent would be an improvement!

To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to lie about the delivery status. Promises were made, only to be broken time and time again. It's clear they have no respect for their customers' time or money.

I'm fed up with their incompetence and lack of accountability. They've completely ruined my experience and wasted my valuable time. Frankly, I wouldn't trust them to deliver a message, let alone a package.

Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Paint with Numbers. They've lost my business for good, and I'll be sure to spread the word about their disgraceful service to anyone who will listen.

I have not received my order which was a Christmas present

I received emails from ‘zap e-commerce’ asking me to confirm my address - which is the address I put on the order. I thought initially the emails were junk but then I checked the order number which matched with the one from my order from paint with numbers uk. I’ve been given the impression that the order has been dispatched - it’s been nearly a month and the tracking does not say it’s been dispatched. I have emailed to say not to bother and just refund me as I sourced a different present, I doubt I’ll get a response or a refund. AVOID THIS WEBSITE. I should have looked at trust pilot before I ordered.

The website is difficult to navigate so I emailed ahead of making an order. I got a quick response and so I went ahead and ordered 3 custom paint by numbers kits.

The order to a long time to arrive, and when it did they had printed one of the photos three times. When I complained I had to chase for a response, and they were unhelpful and unwilling to accept responsibility for the issue.

Really poor service and I would not recommend.

They took ages to ship so I requested to cancel my order.
They ignored my request and then shipped it from CHINA!

It says it's a UK based company so avoid it. Awful customer service.

Ordered on 27/11. Days based in uk but it’s not it’s China, my idem has been stuck in China since 6/12, no response from company even though I have emailed them. Not happy - do not use

Edit- order did eventually arrive around 22/12

Claim to be a UK based company, but orders come from China. Order was meant to be delivered to a local pick up store but never did and ended up going back to China! And when you question them the responses are short or a automated response.

Where is my order? Taken my money but no goods.
I've tried to make contact with the company but no response and tracking just goes to an overseas address!
