Need to return item received on 12/24/2025. No answer on Customer Service number refers to Website. Followed Website return instructions; this is to send an email. Sent email on 1/5/2026 and subsequently 5 additional including to the Customer Service Dept. No responce. I will be proceeding forward to report Pajamagram to California Consumer Protection. Pajamagram used to be a great company with excellent customer service as I have ordered many items the over 10 years when owned by Vermont Teddy Bear Co but the sale to Lionel Capital (PJ Acquisition) has resulted in a decline in both quality and a very poor customer service relations.
Non-existent customer service
This company has little to no customer service. I had signed up through the website with this company to receive emails, and was promised to receive a 15% off coupon on my first order. I never received the coupon. So, I had my husband sign up in hopes to get the coupon. In the meantime I had filled my cart with items I was planning to purchase.
Neither myself or my husband received the 15% coupon. After 2 days I started looking for promo codes online to use for my order. I found a code for 30% off. I put the promo code in, and instead of hitting the “apply” button, accidentally hit the “purchase” button. Order began processing and 30% was not applied. I immediately tried to find a way to cancel the order. There was no way to do this. The only way to contact the company about your order was to email them. I immediately did that, explaining what had happened and asking to have the promo applied to my order. In their directions they even tell you NOT to email them more than once or your ticket may get moved to the bottom. (Sounds like people don’t get responses and email more than once) I eventually found a customer service number only to get recording saying “no agent available to take your call” It’s been 3 weeks and I have yet to hear from the company.
I have since received my order that I purchased without the discount.
I do have to say that the quality of the pajamas are nice. However, I usually do my due diligence in reading reviews of a company before I purchase. This time I did not. I would have not purchased from this company if I had read the previous reviews. Customer service with this company seems to be a real problem. Don’t get fooled by their nice website and marketing. If you have any issue with your order be prepared to deal with non-existent customer service.
Does not honor return policy
Does not honor return policy. Still waiting after a month and after many emails. Shipping is super slow. Horrible customer service, very disappointed because it's a great product but they don't manage their business well.
Never responded to multiple emails
I ordered matching pajama sets last year and only received on set. Since there wasn’t a way to call, I emailed over and over and over and nothing happened. Unless you can speak to a human, don’t order.
What a terrible experience
What a terrible experience! Sent wrong size and was able to return but they refused to credit my card. Absolutely horrible customer service. Be advised! This is a scummy business. Don't use!
What a shame that a company with…
What a shame that a company with potential for cute pajamas ruins it with the worst customer service I have experienced lately. The size I received was too big. Two months of less-than-helpful emails, then they told me they could not help me because I did not have the original order#. Seems like they plan to drag the communications out in order to not fulfill any returns.
Just awful
Just awful. Sent wrong sizes. On line form filled out 3 times with no return email/call. Called several times, always says… call back tomorrow. Terrible experience.
This used to be a reputable company
This used to be a reputable company. It is not. There are a lot of stories here. Believe them. Don’t order from this place. My story: I ordered on Thanksgiving for a Christmas gift & it still hadn’t shipped mid December. They offered to cancel & I told them to cancel. Instead a month later they send me the pajamas which were originally supposed to be shipped to a gift recipient. They have no phone number and they don’t respond to emails. Another example of a good company being sold to an absolutely disreputable company. They bought a good name that people trust and are running the business as the lowest of the low scammy internet site.
Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service! I ordered 2 pairs of pajamas for my granddaughter at Christmas. She needs larger size. I filled out form for return/exchange and no response with return label yet. Tried to call and nobody available to answer. Don’t order from them!!

On Nov 23, 2024, I ordered 4 sets of PJs and a gift bag, plus $20 for expedited delivery.
On Dec 14, 2024, due to PajamaGram inability to deliver for the holiday, I was given the opportunity to cancel my order with a full refund. I opted to cancel with a full refund. Never saw a refund.
On Jan. 16, 2025, I received an email stating that my goods were on the way. The package was delivered on Jan 18.
The package remains unopened. On Jan 28, 2025, I filled out the return package form. I got to the "print label" and the screen went blank so I could not print the return label. I was not given an option to print another label.
Looks like just another bad joke being played on another disheartened and thoroughly pissed off customer.
Seems like all the above issues would not have been difficult to solve.
Don't order from this company. They are not responsive. They don't care. You cannot speak to a person. All replies are the same email about how much each and every customer gets prompt and caring service...Blah, blah, blah

Horrible experience ordering from this company. I placed my order on Nov 27th for some family Christmas pajamas, after weeks of no shipping confirmation I contacted the company multiple times to check the status of my order but never got a response. My order finally arrived January 14th, way too late for Christmas Pajamas...Now I've been trying to contact the company to get a return label for the last 2 weeks and can't get a response from anyone.
Terrible company
As everyone else, ordered 3 pairs on 11/27/24. Rec’d 2 out of 3. No response to repeated emails and their phone is not manned. Sent back other 2 items and contacted credit card company and received full refund with no problem. Guess this co called company is on their radar. Very sad business.
Cannot believe Pajamagram asked me for a review?…
Cannot believe Pajamagram Actually asked me for for a review! Ordered a Christmas gift in November. Never got any confirmation. Re-ordered and received a confirmation on second order. Then was charged for and received both duplicate orders weeks after they were needed. When I tried to return one of the items I was told that the system was down and no shipping labels could be sent to me. Subsequently I have read reviews for the Pajamagram company and countless consumers have similar experiences. I won’t do business with them again.
Poor experience
If 0 stars was an option I would have chosen that. I have been ordering Christmas pajamas from Pajama Gram for six years. I placed my order on December 10th, 2024. I contacted customer service on December 24, 2024 to cancel my order. I had not received the pjs but my credit card was billed on December 11. I asked the charges be reversed. I also contacted my credit card carrier to file a dispute. Pajama Gram shipped the pjs on December 26, 2024 and arrived on December 31,2024. I have reached out five times to file for a return. There was nothing in the packaging that allowed me to pack them up and send them back. Let the buyer beware because this company is no longer reputable. There is NO customer service.

I am in the same boat as everyone else on here! Never received half my order and there ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT THE COMPANY! I will NEVER be ordering from them again! Don't do it unless you want to pay for NOTHING!
Never shipper order horrible customer service
I used to order here but they must have new owners or something. My order never shipped from Nov. and every time I emailed about it I would get 5 automated. I could never get a person or phone number. And they even sent me emails saying if I email more I will be pushed to back of line! I finally had to reach out to pay pal. They were able to get me my refund 3 months later.
Terrible Customer Service and Order Experience
Ok, so my family and I have ordered from this company in previous years and had zero issues. This year though? They blew it. Hard. I will NOT be ordering from this company ever again. I was that disappointed.
I ordered our matching Christmas pajamas the day after Thanksgiving (November 29th, 2024). By December 16th, I had not received any kind of update on shipping so I emailed their customer service. Now, it’s important to note, there’s no way to call them or contact them otherwise. And their customer service page says not to email them more than once or it could continue to move your inquiries to the back of their line.
By Christmas, I hadn’t received any kind of response back and still no shipping notification, my order still just said “Processing”.
Finally, on JANUARY THIRD (!!!) I received a notification that my order was in transit. Still no response from their customer service.
Ultimately, my order was delivered on the 7th of January.
Still no response from their customer service, even as I type this today.
Ultimately, I’m returning my order. To which, again, I have issues! I went through their webpage and can’t get the return label to load. Now, I’m contacting their customer service again (I’m doubting they even exist at this point).
Seriously, why on earth would I order matching Christmas pajamas for my family to not be able to wear them on Christmas????
Overall, zero stars. I don’t recommend. Not even a little bit. I paid almost $150 for 4 pairs of pajamas to have them delivered 2 weeks after Christmas. WTF.
Warning! Bad Business
I ordered 3 sets of PJs for my son and his family on 12/6/24 and my credit card was immediately charged the full amount plus shipping. Delivery was supposed to be on 12/11/24 but did not arrive. I tried to contact them via phone five times on five different days, but the number is only a recorded message that no one is available to answer the call. I tried to contact them via contact portal on their website multiple times and only received a routine email that they would contact me...eventually. I tried to cancel the order several times, but they make it impossible to cancel an order. Eventually the order was shipped and received on 1/4/25... long after Christmas and long after I sent a different gift.
Pajamagram customer service finally sent a "real" response to me on 1/14/25 apologizing for their delay and lack of communication, but I will not respond nor will I ever purchase from them again. DO NOT BUY THEIR MERCHANDISE unless you want to be overcharged for merchandise you will receive at some time in the distant future and you will have absolutely no option but to pay the price and learn a hard lesson.
Do not buy from Pajamagram
I placed an order on 11/22. On 12/10 I emailed them stating that is has not shipped. I received a generic email stating they are overwhelmed woth orders and there will be a delay. I emailed again on 1/2 bc ot had not shipped and I got the same generic email. I replied to that and on 1/5 they answered that email with the exact same generic email and added I could recieve a refund. I stated I don't want a refund I would like my items shipped. On 1/9 I received an email stating they canceled one item and will ship the other. I did not authorize them to cancel any items so I tried to call (the number doesn't work) I emailed them but have not received a reply and it's 1/15 . The absolute WORST customer service. TERRIBLE. Don't waste your time or money woth Pajamagram.

The new owners have ruined a great company. There was a problem with my order. They did not send the size I ordered. No customer service number. Never responded to my email. Horrible exchange policy. I will never order from Pajamagram again.
