Sure this won’t be straight forward.
Avoid at all costs.

Ordered items delivery time scales passed - no communication. Finally get shipping notice - Way after shipping dates - stillnot arrived. They say they have refunded me - yet I cant see this in my bank that was over 1 week ago. Send 3 emails and social media messages.No response.Can only assume these are scammers an will be reporting them.

Well what can I say, I fell for the trap.

Looking at the domain name, I assumed that the company was UK based. That in itself is not a bad thing as most of our products are made overseas, but had I known, I would have certainly purchased my goods from a UK company for ease of purchase and returns.

I ordered my my products in plenty of time for xmas, but I had not accounted for the items taking 3 weeks as opposed to the 5 - 7 business days the company states on their websites.

On closer inspection of the refund policy, you are probably best to take it on the chin and just accept that you made a bad decision. I think the company could have done better clarifying that the products where not located in the UK which would have allowed me to make a better informed decision whether to purchase or not.

Note to self. Check trust pilot before shopping on new sites.

DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE!!! As many have already written, the product unexpectedly turned out to be from China - the first disappointment, the wrong track codes were sent twice, the site promises delivery within a week, three have passed, the order is still on the way, I said I refuse - they started to cheat, the dispute has not yet been resolved, the money has not yet been returned.

Disappointed that I didn’t check the reviews before hand.

Placed my order in plenty of time for Christmas delivery - order never arrived.

I was told it had been dispatched.

Evri still haven’t received the parcel one week on.

Poor service.

Poor contact.

Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Ordered on 12 December, on 17th December received notification that it had been sent.

On 23rd Dec, checked tracking info to see that Evri are still waiting to receive the shipment.

At this point, also realised the email address is a bog standard @gmail.com account.

Have requested to cancel order given its not even with courier yet, ut as yet no response. Am very glad it's a credit card purchase which will offer some protection... 🤞🏼

As most reviews say, poor quality polyester far too big sizes and delivery takes forever from China!

Bought Christmas pyjamas from this website that was supposed to say “Xmas” on the bottoms, however it said “Kmas” with a backward “K”. It looks atrocious. Further to this the pyjamas were delivered to a wrong address and pajamavillage would not look into it with Royal Mail - it is up to the sender not the receiver. All in all a terrible experience.

Items arrived from CHINA, not a UK website as the name suggests. Items are of poor polyester quality and massive. I’ve contacted regarding a return and received no reply. Return terms state that any refund will be less shipping costs, which I imagine will be hefty as they came from China. That will teach me to check trust pilot before order from new websites in future.

TL;DR:
Good support, but takes weeks to deliver from China.

I was looking for a local (UK) company’s product and ordered matching pyjamas for Christmas, when finding PV UK. The order went through ok however 14 days wasn’t enough to leave China’s port.
This raises 2 questions:
Why wasn’t I’ve noticed that there is a delay of shipping, that ordering a present early December does not guarantee receiving the product by Christmas?
Why do the company calls itself Pajama Village UK, whilst it is not produced in the UK but in CN? I could easily (and probably will) order the same product from e.g. Temu and they would’ve deliver it in 2 weeks.

Support was helpful because the initial Royal Mail tracking number was non-existing therefore they provided another one, from an international tracking site.

Can’t comment on the actual product because I’ve yet to receive it. At least I hope I will because it is sitting with EVRI in CN, the 3rd shipping company so far.

Do yourself a favour and invest in a depo in UK.

I will never order from this company again ordered in November and still no sign and the tracking number doesn’t work

Buyers beware!
The website says ‘.uk’ but don’t be fooled this is a Chinese company, I ordered on 24 Nov, order despatch email received 27 Nov, tracking number provided but constantly not recognised by Royal Mail, because the parcel is still in CHINA! I only discovered this when at last one of the tracking links worked yesterday.
Still no sign of the PYJAMAS - the fact they spelt it PAJAMAS should have been a red flag!
Whether I ever get these PYJAMAS I really don’t know, but I very much doubt it will be before Christmas sadly and I can’t raise a dispute with my bank until 30 days has elapsed. My card payment was taken immediately.
At the very least I would think this company is guilty of misrepresentation as a UK based operation & had they made delivery timeframes clear I would have purchased elsewhere.
I will be contacting Trading Standards as well as the bank if nothing has arrived within the 40 days.
Addendum: the pyjamas did arrive, just before the 30 days & just in time for Christmas. I haven’t looked at them in detail as I needed to get them wrapped, the quality was ok so far as I could see.

I placed my order on 26th November. Finally received on 15th December. The Royal Mail tracking number didn’t work. It initially feels like the company is a scam but it’s just their delivery timescales are wrong and poor communication. The Pajamas are of mediocre quality.

if i could give this company 0 stars i would. placed my order in the 26th november and never received my order of family christmas pajamas. contacted the company several times and always received the exact same reply on every email. so i contacted royal mail who told me they never received any package under the tracking number they supplied me. the tracking number also never worked. i have reported this transaction to my bank and have reported this company to trading standard as fraudulent. disgusting people taking peoples money at christmas.

Would recommend. Package come on time . I contacted company on Instagram to find out how to return an item . Very fast response. Extremely helpful and to be honest went above and beyond! Would definitely order off them again .

Absolutely 💯% customer service. Would definitely recommend and buy again from this website.

Ordered 13th November received tracking number which doesn’t exist. Contacted them via insta and email and they responded with different tracking numbers. I contacted my bank and have luckily received a refund and they will investigate

Order hasn't arrived. It's been two weeks. Tracking number provided doesn't exist. Emails aren't answered and there isn't any contact telephone number.
My order was placed on 22nd November.

Pajamas never arrived. Don’t answer emails. Avoid!
