Great Customer Service

I have purchased several packs of their beef sticks, in fact I am a regular subscribing customer now. I had one minor issue that I contacted them about. It was resolved instantaneously during my one and only online chat with Paleovalley. Excellent customer service!!!

The company was okay to work with and I got my order relatively quickly and reliably. I cannot stand the taste of their bars. I bought the red velvet flavor which had good reviews but I honestly thought they tasted terrible. The texture and flavor really grossed me out. I had to eat one more today to make sure I didn’t care for them. I couldn’t even get through the bar. And the rest of the box went into the trash can.

Good Drinks

My whole experience with Paleovalley has been positive. The bone broth protein powders (chocolate & caramel) are delicious, and they froth up nicely when I add a little skim milk. No need to add high-calorie cream, and it makes a nice afternoon cup of cocoa without the stimulation of chocolate!
Postponing my next order (due to having half my first order still sitting in the box they came in!) was simple. They were understanding and empathetic to my situation. They send frequent emails with positive messages, too!

I recently encountered an oversight regarding the rescheduling of a subscription. The customer service team promptly addressed my request, facilitating an immediate cancellation and refund. I love the golden milk product/Hate Customer Service

I love the golden milk product. It's expensive, so I take advantage of promotions that come out and use "subscribe & save" options to get free shipping.
I received a coupon to "get a free gift for life" with a qualifying purchase.
I went online to cancel previous subscriptions, not realizing that the site is not processing the cancellations.
I go to place the qualifying purchase only to have the site say I am not meeting the requirements, which I was. It told me I had to "subscribe & save too". I did. I still couldn't process the order.
I called Customer Service and spoke to a very nice gal; who unfortunately didn't know what she was doing.
She processed the order for me. Pulled up my account. Never tells me that the current subscriptions were not cancelled and signed me up for another. She gives me inaccurate info on the gift for life.

24 hours later product arrives from the subscription I cancelled. I call again. They credit me the order, which is great. But this person tells me that I cannot do the order as I was told, to take advantage of the promotion and free gift for life.
I cancelled everything with them going forward.
It's so disappointing to work with US customer service that doesn't know their job. I love the product, not happy with the company.

Bad customer service spoils the flavor of good food.

Their food is okay however their customer service really sucks big time. The only response I have been getting is a generic AI response. They make it very difficult to claim a free item offered by them. So for me it's not worth the trouble.

They are a wonderful Company

I cannot express how wonderful a company it is. Literally anytime I've had any issue - no matter what it is, they took care of it. Example; one product flavor I wasn't feeling (not spicy enough for me), they were on it within 10 minutes. Fixed! No questions asked. However, they still always explained to me what they will be doing, or have done, in response to my issue. I've ordered a ton of product from them, several times, so l have interacted with them on more than one occasion. On another occasion, it was a s&h fee error, boom, instantly handled. Another, it was a small issue with the bottle of the delactable EVOO I purchased, which had nothing to do with them...boom, they replaced it straight away. Again, no questions asked, though l offered pics to explain further. They are extremely professional with such kind words in their interactions. You will never have an issue with them that they won't fix if they can.
I haven't even started on the quality products, which are absolute excellence. This review is just about my experience with the company. I give them a definite A+++.

I have been using the Vanilla bone…

I have been using the Vanilla bone broth for almost a year and this company is great, truly. I also order the meat sticks when they have sales.(they often have deals with all of their products) Customer service is quick and always helpful!

Fast and honest

The quick refund on my order when I couldn't use the chocolate bone broth due to my sensitivity to artificial sweeteners, was speedy. They had offered buy one get one free and they backed up the money-back guarantee.
I only gave it 4 stars because I really couldn't drink the chocolate one. The others may be great.

AMAZING COMPANY

I have been a PV customer for a few years now. I believe their products are superior and their Customer Service is outstanding. I use their Apple Cider Vinegar and it actually cured my acid reflux.
