Message envoyé pour leur dire que cela fait 2 x que leur transporteur livre l’article en point relais sois tard le soir quand c'est fermé ou le dimanche ... pas de reponse ... l’article fait un tour de France en se moment apres 2 semaine de commande déjà...

Leider hat der Versand durch die DHL irgendwo auf dem Weg nach Deutschland eine längere Verzögerung gehabt, woran Palm Jewelry keine Schuld hatte!

My partner gifted me a PALM. jewelry bracelet for my birthday. Unfortunately, one of the links snapped. PALM. replaced the chain immediately and even shipped it to the UK after I had moved, completely free of charge. Exceptional product and truly outstanding customer service!

Exemplar customer services and high quality jewellery
Following initial disappointment over import tax payment. This issue was quickly resolved through exemplar customer service. I am now in receipt of some fantastic, original high quality jewellery.
The stacking ring is beautiful, well made and I am super pleased. Equally both bracelets ordered are of a similar high quality and again I’m super pleased with both bracelets that are stylish and well made.

Dit zijn de eerste sieraden die ik draag zonder irritaties. zelfs tijdens het slapen. De communicatie verliep ook erg soepel. Ik raad PALM absoluut aan!
