Extremely dishonest and unprofessional customer service . I received an empty box . My order was stolen . FedEx couldn’t refund me more than 100 $ as Palm angels unprofessional staff didn’t declare the value of package of 360$ . I asked them to compensate my loss as it was their mistake , if they have declared the full value of the shipment FedEx would compensate me . But Palm Angels never admitted it’s their mistake . Such a shame for so called luxurious brand .

Well I recently made a review about this company. I am not sure what took place, however when the box came from UPS/Fedex it was empty completely empty not even a piece of paper was in it. So because they could not figure out what happen they had the nerve to email me and say there is nothing they can do and a refund could not be given. I never asked for a refund, all i wanted was for my 14 y/o daughter to get her shirt that she purchased with her hard earned money. I do not recommend this company i feel that accountability to your customers is the key to being successful. They are not loyal to their consumers AT ALL! i AM NOT LETTING THIS GO EITHER, THEY NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR MY CHILD'S LOST! I AM A MOTHER THAT WILL DO WHAT I HAVE TO, TO PROTECT MY CHILDS INTEREST.

Habe waren bestellt und ein leeres Paket erhalten?! WTF! Auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass der Partner das Paket versendet hat und Palm Angels nicht weiter unternehmen kann und der Fall damit erledigt ist. Was ist das bitte für ein Unternehmen?! Nie wieder!

Ho acquistato un giubbotto a gennaio 2023 pagato 900€. Senza mai lavarlo dopo 1 anno esatto la scritta si è completamente staccata. Ho scritto all’azienda per farmi rimettere la scritta ma mi hanno dato il 2 di picche. Mancanza di serietà e rispetto per il cliente.

Zero Stars if I could! I purchased from this company 2 weeks before Christmas, they guaranteed my shipment arrival before Christmas but to be sure I still paid extra for shipping. It’s the middle of January, no package, no refund! I have spoke to 3 different reps for Palm Angel via email and they all have stated they will open a case and get back to me with an update. No update! All I asked for at this point is my money back.

Worst online shopping experience, received an empty box partially opened and having a hard paper inside for distraction, and when I emailed them they asked for some images, so I sent them, then kept waiting with no answer, and i emailed them twice afterwards with no single response, gonna dispute the transaction and never shopping there again.

Die Shirts haben eine super Qualität und sind das Geld wirklich wert! Versand aus Italien. Die Versandzeit ist absolut in Ordnung!! Völlig seriöse Firma.

terrible communication. shipment was delayed and when finally arrived one of the two items was not in the box. Palms Angels claimed they need to investigate but they never followed up. Had to have my credit card company dispute charge.

Ho acquistato la t shirt oversize nera la classica quella da 250€ , dopo un solo lavaggio (a mano in acqua fredda) le letterine sul colletto hanno perso micropezzetti. Sinceramente non mi aspettavo una qualità così pessima per quanto vengono vendute , ho t shirt con scritte stampate di altri marchi come gcds che costa anche meno e la stampa dopo anni è ancora perfetta.. mi dispiace perché mi piacciono i prodotti della palm angels ma per questa qualità allo stesso prezzo preferisco comprare altri marchi

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing! I didn’t expect such bad customer service from this ‘Luxury’ brand. My item came damaged, I have emailed them 4 times and they haven’t even bothered to reply. Don’t want to return the item, incase I don’t get my money back! Avoid this company, won’t be purchasing from them again.

Ordered in July some products, one is missing and the customer service just won't reply, I would like to send a few back and still no news of the customer service.

In dispute with them over a parcel they say they delivered back to me - on-going - avoid - do not order from Palm Angel under any circumstances!
Customer service is the worst I've seen.

Terrible company paid £900 for two hoodies which I have returned they agreed they have them but won’t issue a refund!! Messaged them over ten times with no response been 22 days since they got it back. Terrible customer service they just don’t care. No phone number no live chat just a crap email service which no one ever replies back to!!! Would avoid ever buying from them for the amount they charge they don’t care once you have bought from ghem!

Never use this company, I am 6ft 7 so quite awkward for me to find luxury items in store so I order a lot online and have ordered from pretty much every designer brand you can’t think of over the years.

This company is by far the worst I have ever had to deal with, I ordered 2 hoodies at £900!!

Both were a horrible fit not sure who they have designing these things, have currently been waiting 2 months for my refund, they are taking 2-3 weeks to reply to my emails each time, I have never been so let down for what is supposedly a premium brand with all the hype.

Shockingly bad company, poorly run, and I feel sorry for the staff that have to work there.

Same for me ! Ordered a hoody and a t shirt.

Box arrived and only the hoody is in it.

So the shirt is missing, being told it takes 20 days to investigate.

Tshirt is now out of stock too so i will never get that shirt anymore. ( could u imagine this happening at any other luxury brand ? That u dont get what u ordered ?)

I dont know what they need to investigate but if i dont get my money or shirt i will take legal action.

If they run a company this crap its not worth the luxury tag.

We will see how this is will end , i will update my review here when they let me know what they want to do.

Never experienced this with any brand , and this was my first order at Palms angels!

Makes u never want to order again , cause whats gonna be wrong the next time?

Edit : another thing i forgot to mention is that they tried to charge my creditcard 2x ( the second time exactly 10 seconds after i payed my order) but the second one got declined , also something thats not normal.

“Palm Angels”, there’s nothing Angelic about this company. Terrible shipping and handling service. My friend Tejan is getting ready for vacation and he ordered a shirt from Palm Angels. The package gets delivered to him with the shirt missing and the box destroyed. What kind of disgusting nonsense is that? Avoid Palm Angels at ALL cost, your package will get jugged

Disgusting service , ordered a T-shirt for my sons Christmas £200 , his usual size small , received T-shirt took 1 look at it HUGE , packed back up and returned , I receive an email 3 wks later with a picture and a mark on the back of it , did not even see the back of the top , only looked at the size of it and sent straight back , now another 3 wks later have received an email it’s getting sent back to me 😡ragin , it’s obviously been sumone else’s return ,and I also reordered the T-shirt 2 sizes smaller straight away as didn’t want a disappointed son on Christmas Day , so now £400 for 2 T-shirt’s ,1 which is totally no good , disgusted will never order again from them 😡 beware nothing but bad reviews on this lot !! Let’s see how long it takes them to send it back to me !

Ordered a £200 T-shirt and got delivered an empty box of rubbish from DHL Express, after contacting both companies who are totally useless i just keep being fobbed off, to add salt to my wound the phone call to DHL cost me just over £16!!!
After several emails to Palm Angels I just keep being told it is being investigated!!!
I don’t have to be a rocket scientist to answer that, after being sent a box that was not secured around the edges and with a Palm Angels sticker emblazoned on it, a temporary Christmas worker has pinched it!!!
Not happy and will not be using this company again!!

Ordered a jacket for over £1000 on 01/12/21 an got delivered a box of rubbish from dhl an all I keep getting is that it’s being investigated so I’ve got no money an no jacket. Will never use again
