Order 3016039PMR arrived damaged. Contacted customer service. I'm on my third email to them with no reply. I receive a "ticket" confirming they received my email - ticket says they will reply within 24hrs. It has now been over 2 weeks.

I cancelled subscription they sent order. I have tried to return items no reply! I will have to try my credit card next!!’
This company took payment and fraudulently set up a subscription. I have not entered into a subscription and have contacted them and my bank/ shopify to cancel. This is a scam.
Customer service responded 17 days after I emailed them realising this was a subscription and asking it be cancelled. Upon ordering shop app put a status of label printed. Instructions were sent how to unsubscribe but my email wouldn’t work. I emailed again twice telling them this and that I was concerned it was a scam and would speak to my bank. About 20 mins later shop changed status to Royal Mail tracking number. This did not work. But I tried again to unsubscribe and got the link finally having to recover my account. I have had an email to say it’s been cancelled but followed up with another email asking them to confirm I was. 4 days later I’ve had no response but a delivery from a Chinese shipping company landed today (not Royal Mail). Inside were 2 smashed bottles, leaked orange liquid everywhere which stained my partners hands. I’ve emailed the company again to tell them but I doubt I will get a response or refund. Have disputed this purchase with bank. Customer service abysmal, wish I’d seen this before ordering and hoping they will not send another order or take anymore of my money.
This product has zero affect. The company has failed to respond to at least 6 email requests to cancel the subscription and continue to send the product monthly. There is no customer service and I would not recommend this company. It only got one star as it wasn't possible to leave a review without a score.
