PHN is a reliable partner. I experienced this when buying and selling my villa in Kargiçak. Furthermore, they did an excellent job of managing my villa (maintenance, taxes, insurance). As chairman of our villa park Gold 2 Residence at the time, I experienced them as very knowledgeable in the management of this park. Recommended. Only downside is the higher price, but quality comes at a price.
Panorama Homes has a perfect team. The process of buying the apartment was very fast. They showed us, where we can buy furniture, helped us with internet connection etc.
During the year the team takes care about all necessities around the apartment. They notified us about some damage during the rainy winter and made the perfecet reconstruction. In spring we came to the repaired and clean apartment.
Also the team take care about all taxes and they could help very very fast, if you need a doctor.

Wir haben im Oktober 2021 eine Duplexwohnung bei Panoramahomes gekauft und ich kann nur sagen das alles zu unser vollsten Zufriedenheit gelaufen ist. Wir hatten dort noch Renovierungsarbeiten in Auftrag gegeben. Die sind in einer sehr guten Qualität und Geschwindigkeit umgesetzt worden. Es ist auch unglaublich, wie schnell von Panoramahomes bei Problemen reagiert wird( Handwerker sind innerhalb einer Stunde vor Ort) Dort wird Service noch groß geschrieben! Der Hausmeisterservice und Poolservice ist sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter von Panoramahomes sind sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Eyüp ist unserer Ansprechpartner in allen Angelegenheiten

A well established, long standing company in Alanya real estate market. We met them in September 2022 , after seeing an advertisement on a flat we were interested in. Competent, open and fast service during the purchase of the mentioned flat. At no time during the process, we had the feeling they were not honest or straightforward with us.
