I’m pleased to hear that you have received your order and I hope you enjoy your products! Unfortunately we had an issue with our automatic order confirmation emails so I do apologise for this. We emailed you on the 15th November to let you know we would refund the second order which we could see was a duplicate, please check your spam folder in case it has gone there.

No stars at the moment I'm afraid - I received no communication as to when I would receive my goods and as such, I wasn't in when they arrived. Rather than the delivery service using their common sense and leaving the parcel in a safe place/ with a neighbour as ALL other companies do (unless directed otherwise), your delivery service took the parcel to a delivery office eight miles away which is only open during working hours (I work full time -when am I meant to get there?). As such, I will not be able to collect this item - I assume it will be returned and refunded? Poor service - will not be using PaperDucks again unfortunately.

First order from paper ducks
