Consider this; try calling HM Land registry to organise a face to face appointment. They don't do this anymore. Now you have no choice but to use a solicitor. Search around for a local one and find it costs anywhere between £200 and £300 for them to verify your ID. Then find these guys for a snippet of the price and you don't need to leave your own home. That is why I highly rate them, very simple, very friendly and took 8 minutes.

We have had previous dealings with other law firms which were poor but this was the complete opposite. Firstly, Nel provided excellent support and advice prior to our zoom appointment. She was very responsive, efficient and friendly and this meant that we were fully prepared and informed. The actual call with Lucy was just as good an experience as Lucy was punctual, again, very efficient and had a professional but friendly approach. To summarise, my experience with Parachute was exactly what I needed and I would highly recommend to anyone else. Thank you both.

This was our second time using Parachute Law to help ascertain a Certificate of Compliance and I couldn't put into words how fluid the process has been. I had an unexpected urgent requirement to get ID verification from a solicitor. Parachute Law's online process made things so straightforward.
